Sands Studio and Samphire Studio

Super clean modern and has everthing that you need. Super close to all 3 main beaches.one is 2 min walk .Amazing studio ...

Shower could be more powefull but it does what is needed .. Taps in kitchen are marked wrong cold being hot and hot being cold but its minor. .can be sorted by switching the caps on the taps . Floor inside front door would be better tiled than sea grass carpet as it has a damp smell but this is an observation and wouldnt stop me re booking . You will not be disspointed .. Thankyou. The property is very well presented and is fully equipped. We liked the proximity to the local beach and the short walk into St Ives harbour area . The garden area, with seating and a small table, provides a great sun trap and we enjoyed using it. The car parking space is very close to the property and is a great plus. The only problem we had was that the wifi was not working when we arrived and, although the hosts worked to get the problem resolved, it was not restored for three days. However, we enjoyed our stay at Sands Studio very much indeed and would certainly recommend it to others.

kitchen ceramic hop took too long to warm up , bird poo protection for balcony

Size, decor, facilities and location; also welcome basket.

Wardrobe was clunky to open and difficult to use seemed to open wrong way and lack of bedside table on the wardrobe side; no chest of drawers (there is room in main living area for one) . Could do with some kitchen roll and a cloth as sponge was difficult to use as a wiping item. Tv although stated as smart tv was very old and almost impossible to add usual apps eg Disney +, ITVX, etc.
