About this apartment rental
An attractive split-level ground floor apartment situated close to the car park at the Island end of Island Road. This former fisherman's cottage has been tastefully modernised and furnished and is ideally located just a few minutes walk from the family beach of Porthgwidden and popular surfing beach of Porthmeor. It is conveniently close to the harbour, shops and restaurants. A lovely Artisan market takes place nearby at the Island Centre twice a week, perfect for browsing for some locally made produce.
Entrance into Kitchen/diner with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge with ice box and washing machine. Bedroom with 3ft pine bunks. Bathroom including mains shower over bath and wc. From the kitchen/diner 4 steps leading into the lounge with TV (with Smart streaming ROKU Express), DVD player. Also on this level is the main bedroom with 4ft 6in pine bed.
