The only problem I had with Lia Apart was trying to remember the entrance code! I checked it with my notes all the time🤣 Lia, please make it easier to remember next time! 😂 Jokes aside, as someone who has worked in tourism for 35 years, this stay took me back to the hospitality standards of the 1990s, when guests were treated like family rather than customers. Lia welcomed us as if we were personal guests in her own home, and we were genuinely impressed. As for the apartment itself, everything was excellent. It is located right in the heart of the town, with a stunning harbor view, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you might need. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered—even Turkish and Greek coffee makers were provided. Lia is like a walking tourist information center. She has prepared a comprehensive guide book with all the information a visitor could possibly need about the island and the surrounding area. Honestly, I don't know what more she could have done. What impressed us even more was that she kindly accommodated our late check-out request without any extra charge. This is a perfect example of someone who sees hospitality as a passion rather than just a business. If you see availability for your dates, I would recommend booking without hesitation. Thank you again, Lia, for making our stay so memorable. We hope to return one day.

Wenn man ankommt, glaubt man nicht, dass man hier wohnen darf. Man ist mitten in Pothias (= Kalymnos Stadt) Fußgängerzone mit allen historischen Gebäuden rundherum. Der Blick vom Balkon schweift über Kirchenkuppeln, den Glockenturm und ein türkisch anmutendes Gebäude. Das Appartement ist großzügig, stylisch und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Auch vom Bett eröffnet sich über eine großzügige Glasfront der Blick auf die bezaubernde Altstadt. Besser geht es nicht! Man kann jedem nur empfehlen, dort zu wohnen. Vor der Haustür befinden sich typisch griechische Lokale, wo man, wenn man Glück hat, von einem Griechen mit seiner Gitarre mit griechischen Liedern verzaubert wird.
