This is very nice appartment located in secured building with 2 modern elevators. Bedroom has a king size bed as a single! mattress which is super nice!
In the living room there is foldable big sofa so it’s easily possible for 4 people to live in this appartment.
As a big plus it has 2 AC/HEATERS. One in each room - which makes pleasant temperature inside even when it’s super hot outside. They are good rare type which blows air up from the floor to the sealing and not straight on you. They has night time quite mode as well.
It has GIANT bathtub and well working ventilation system - So it’s not humid! Water flow is very strong - nice to have shower after hot day! Fully equipped kitchen but no microwave (strange). They also have kitchen cabinets installed so there is a place to keep dishes. Fast WIFI 200-300 Mb
Location is perfect - a few markets whithin 200 yards.
Owner are super friendly and nice and solved all problems within a few hours.
- A bit dirty - they said they are changing cleaning lady.
- No microwave?
- Bed frame worn out and need replacement for sure!!!
- Washer is ok ish. Old style but It works.
