Comfort like at home

This is the type of appartments which you really don't want to leave. It feels absolutely like at home, there is a fascinating 220 degree city view from the large balcony, the very city center is just in a few mintues away. We were unfortunate to visit Belgrade during a heat wave, but thanks to the air conditioning, other facilities and overall comfort, we managed to outwait the daytime heat in comfort and our vacation was not affected. Nena was always there to help, even for small things. I cannot imagine a better option to explore Belgrade and to immerse its daily life for a family or group.

Clean, well equipped, good for the value... Great view 🤩

The old town and all the important places to see are at the walking distance. View is spectacular 🤩 The apartment is really good for the value the owner is very engaged to help out. We had some plumbing issues (very common in a building built during the socialist era), the owner solved it right away and called later to check if it is ok.

This is more a note then the review: There is no free parking in the area, so if you're coming by car it is the best if you leave it in a garage or a parking spot on New Belgrade and take a taxi to the apartment. Everything is so close you won't need a car anyway.

Tutto è andato benissimo!

Appartamento davvero ottimo, e proprietario disponibile e gentilissimo. Tutto è andato per il meglio. La posizione dell'appartamento è strategica, i mezzi pubblici sono gratuiti e l'area ben servita. Unico neo il parcheggio, ci sono opzioni a pagamento ma costosissime. Il mio consiglio --> usate i mezzi pubblici.

Apartamento bien equipado bastante cerca del centro de la ciudad

Buena ubicación relativamente cerca del centro de la ciudad y con buena conexión de transporte público. Piso 14 con buenas vistas de la ciudad. Tiene 2 baños, lo cual se agradece. Es un apartamento tranquilo y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días.

Lo único que no me gustó fue el mal olor que salía de las tuberías del fregadero de la cocina y que la ducha estaba un poco sucia.

Tesisin konumu çok iyiydi. Her yere yürüyerek gidebiliyorsunuz. Ev sahibi çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Yatak çeşitliliği ve çift banyo olması da konforluydu. 14. katın getirdiği manzarası da güzeldi. Arabamız için otopark imkanı olması da iyiydi.

Tek kişilik yataklardan bir tanesi her harekette gıcırdıyordu ve bu ses o odada kalan kişiler için inanılmaz rahatsız edici olabiliyor.

İlgili Bir Ev Sahibi ile Güzel Bir Konaklama

Ev sahibi bize karşı çok ilgiliydi ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Kendisine teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum bir kez daha. Evin konumu çok iyiydi, pek çok gezilebilecek yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Evdeki olanaklar ihtiyacı karşılıyordu. Genel anlamda oldukça memnun kaldığımızı söyleyebilirim.

Tek kişilik yatakların karyolası rahatsızdı ve ses çıkarıyordu, bir bakımdan geçmesi gerekiyor bu yatakların. Küvetin gideri de biraz tıkalıydı ve duşta sorun çıkarıyordu.

Apartament na 14 piętrze nie nowego już już wieżowca. Apartament nie nowoczesny ale bardzo przestronny, jasny, czysty i w pełni wyposażony włącznie z dużą lodówką, ekspresem, piekarnikiem, pralka, żelazkiem, klimatyzacją.... Bardzo szybki internet. Balkon i widok z 14tego piętra na Belgrad super. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką. W okolicy sklepy (część całodobowa), pekary, restauracje, etc. Dojazd na lotnisko możliwy np. linią autobusową1A (początkowy/końcowy przystanek na Belgrade Slavija Square przy Hotelu Hilton. 15 minut spaceru. Płatność gotówką EUR 4/RSD 400.
