Beautiful Stay with Amazing View

We had a wonderful stay here. The view is absolutely stunning, and there are several beautiful beaches nearby that are easy to reach. The accommodation was very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It’s also conveniently located not far from Budva, making it a perfect spot for both relaxing and exploring the area. Highly recommended!

Overall, we expected a better experience

Amazing view, incredible sunsets, big rooms, 2 out of 3 beds were new and comfortable, each room has a conditioner.

Some of my messages / requests were ignored by Regina staff during our stay. We were informed about 3 days holiday in Montenegro 1 day before our check in. Therefore, we spent extra on restaurants due to all stores were closed. Regina is located on the hill, you should have a car or use a taxi. Pool overall is fine, but if you are not a tall person & can’t swim or planning a vacation with kids , the water could be too deep. Limited kitchen supplies. Clogged sink in the shower. Wires were sticking out of exposed sockets in the bathrooms. Ants were crawling into the room, and there was no product available to get rid of them. Can’t say it was dirty there, but not super clean either. We stayed there for 8 full days, and no one cleaned our room even once ( let it be ) . However, I believe changing the bed sheets at least once every 5 days is necessary.

In the new building, everything is great. The apartment I rented has a beautiful view from the terrace and from inside as well. It can accommodate a lot of people—it’s spacious and bright.

Not good, I have lived at better homestays before with all basic essentials but won’t recommend this one.

The location was fabulous, not many places to eat around but still a decent one.

The worst part was, toilets don’t have proper separation between bath and loo, hence when you take a shower water is all over the place making it really messy, and drainage is nit very great too. Additionally, the place was really cold during May, we had really uncomfortable nights (3 nights) because blankets were very thin and small. They were just not warm enough. The property manager sent a few more but that too didn’t help us.They should provide proper heavy blankets looking at the weather conditions as it rained for 2 days back to back. Also, will be good if they can atleast provide tea and coffee in the kitchen.

The road to get there was very narrow but that can’t be considered in the list of dislike . For that view we have to drive up the hills.

Nicht zu empfehlen + Partylocation!

Das einzige Positive war der Pool und der Ausblick...

Wo soll man anfangen? * Personal, welches Personal? Alles lief über WhatsApp, außer die Bezahlung, da kam 1x eine Frau. Somit kann man sich denken, wie der Pool aussah. Überall Haare, Essensreste von Gästen und an unserem 2 Abend waren vier AL Jungs da, die ausgiebig gefeiert hatten mit Shisha und Alkohol am Pool + Location wechsel über unserem Appartement. Es war die ganze Nacht LAUT!! Wie kann man sowas zulassen? Wo war der Besitzer? Feier Location anstelle ruhiges Entspannen. * Sauberkeit? Fehl am Platz. Vieles war kaputt z.b unsere Dusche hat non stop getropft und die eine war verstopft. Nach der Nacht auf dem Schlafsofa muss man zur Massage. Schlimm. * Preisleistung eine absolute Katastrophe. * Viel zu wenig Parkplätze für so viele Appartements. Wir waren zu geparkt und mussten warten beim Check out bis die jenigen wach waren, die uns zu geparkt hatten. Keiner hat sich nämlich an die Parkanweisung gehalten. Auch hier, wo ist der Besitzer? * Lage ist auf dem Hang, was auch in der Beschreibung stand. Zu Fuß ist da nichts. 3km ins Zentrum oder zum nächsten Restaurant läuft man nicht, besonders nicht hoch. * Küchenaussttattung, welche? Nie wieder und wir würden es nicht empfehlen, wenn sich an so einigen sich nichts ändert!

Proprietatea ne-a creat așteptări false așa cum apare online și camerele sunt mult mai mici

Locație cu priveliște frumoasă peste zona industrială către Kotor.

Nu a făcut nimeni curățenie, am spălat singuri lenjerie pat, prosoape baie și am dat cu mopul în toate zonele camerei , precum și în zonele comune.

Gera teritorija tvarkinga ir nauja, baseino zona patiko. Apartamentai dideli, nesigirdi pašalinių garsų, rami vieta, labai gražus vaizdai.

Apartamentai nebuvo gerai sutvarkyti, trūko daiktų pilnam konfortui, taipogi tokia vieta galima jau atnaujinti baldais ir virtuvė sutvarkyti. Televizorius ne visada isijungdavo.

Udendørsområdet er godt, som det eneste.

Vi mødte ikke personalet fysisk. De var virkelig dårlige til at svare, selvom man sendte flere beskeder. For det første er renholdelsen af lejligheden ret skuffende. Værelset var ikke blevet rengjort ordentligt, da vi ankom, og området udenfor – vores eneste siddeplads – var også urent. Der er en betydelig mængde støv, især under sengen. Køleskabet lukkede ikke ordentligt på grund af en kraftig isdannelse i fryserummet. Det ser ud til, at det ikke er blevet afrimet i lang tid. Vi har selv forsøgt at fjerne noget af isen for at få døren til at lukke bedre. Afløbet i køkkenet er også problematisk. Da vi vasket op i morges, blev vasken helt tilstoppet. Derudover blev badeværelsesgulvet oversvømmet, efter vi havde taget bad i eftermiddags. Vandet løber ikke ordentligt væk, og vi har ikke noget værktøj eller håndklæder til at tørre det op med. Det ser ud til at være et strukturelt problem, da hældningen i brusebadet ikke er tilstrækkelig til at sikre ordentlig afløb. Endelig var vi lidt overraskede over at opdage, at glasdøren ikke har noget gardin eller noget, der dækker den, hvilket betyder, at der kommer en betydelig mængde lys ind fra natlampen udenfor, mens vi prøver at sove.

Le logement était grand, propre. la literie est très confortable. La piscine est super, grande et très propre. avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes. Il y a un parking et du WIFI gratuit avec un très bon débit.

Notre logement était sous la piscine, pas loin du moteur de pompe .... parfois très bruyant. La propriété manque de finition. Les canalisations font remonter des odeurs.

Heerlijk plekje waar nog meer uit te halen is

Een heerlijk zwembad met een heerlijk uitzicht. Kamer was netjes en schoon

Het was niet overal even schoon (bij het zwembad en wc's) In Montenegro is het in de zomer lang licht. Omdat de gordijnen niet geweldig waren, werd en 's ochtends helaas snel licht.

Nagyon vendégszerető fogadtatás! Rugalmas ügyintézés!

Picit távol van a várostól, gyalog kb. 1 óra Budva, de végig a parton lehet sétálni. A part a szállástól kb 15p sétára van, viszont haza felé már 20-25p, mivel domboldalban van a szállás. Felszereltségben még picit hiányos, de valószínűleg ez a jövőben fejlődni fog, érezhető, hogy még új a hely!
