Maria ist eine sehr nette und liebe Dame. Es war eine sehr schöne und angenehme Unterkunft. Gerne würden wir wieder dort übernachten, falls wir wieder nach Kempten kommen sollten. Alles war auch direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe: Es gibt eine balkanische Bäckerei nebenan, in der Nähe befinden sich zwei Bushaltestellen (Bodmanstr. und ZUM), einen Edeka/Feneberg und v.a. ist man sehr nah zur Stadtmitte. Ich weiß nur nicht, wie es ist, die Küche und das Badezimmer mit anderen Gästen teilen zu müssen, da wir die einzigen Gäste waren in der Unterkunft. Von daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen.
Es ist keine Kritik, sondern ein Tipp: Man muss sehr vorsichtig sein bei einigen Dingen und Kleinigkeiten (z.B. beim Öffnen des Kühlschranks, die Fenster in einigen Situationen unbedingt zu öffnen und in einigen überhaupt nicht zu öffnen usw.).

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und es gibt eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine! Die Unterkunft ist nur ein paar Minuten von der Bushaltestelle entfernt und liegt im Zentrum von Kempten, eine bessere Lage gibt es nicht.
