Pleasant but huge improvements can be made.

Spacious, central location, reasonably peaceful at nights, didn’t feel unsafe.

No kitchenette so a shame we had the apartment but couldn’t make simple things. No kettle which was an absolute shame! Kettle is a must for tourists from UK so we can brew a cuppa, so please think about this and provide one in rooms. No lifts so not ideal for people with mobility issues or large and heavy suitcases as you have to take two flight of stairs. Toilet on flushing uses a huge amount of water which should be looked into. Entrance to our apartment was not sign posted properly. Staff were friendly and spoke English so it was a great relief.

Good location, very reasonable and clean. Great if you can live without reliable internet

Overall exactly what I was looking for, except for some challenges with the internet connection (see below). Parking is available in the underground parking garage of the hotel the apartments belong to (4.50 Euro per day but no in and out), or for free on the other side of the river "Iller" right before the Illerstadion. I was able to find a parking spot there every day after 18:00 (6:00 pm) for overnight parking. It's a 6 min. walk to the hotel.

The internet connection is provided by a school in the same building. It is a guest account that is too slow and too unreliable for anything but some casual web browsing. It is definitely not adequate for work. I am not sure whether the listing for the apartment actually stated that internet is included, i.e. this might have been a miss on my side and I was just lucky to have internet access at all. Just want to point this out for anybody that needs good internet. Also, there is an alternative that shows up as an additional WLAN called Vodafone Hotspot. For 10 Euro you can get 1 week of internet access without a contract, just PayPal or credit card. At this point this is not worth it since it is slow like molasses.

Angenehmer, zentraler Aufenthalt in einer sympathischen Stadt.

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Zentrale Lage - ich konnte den Veranstaltungsort meiner Termine u.a.w. bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Dafür habe ich gerne in Kauf genommen, dass es (glücklicherweise) in einer Fußgängerzone Gastronomie gibt und abends Leute unterwegs sind. Hat nicht gestört. Großes Zimmer, gutes Bett. Schreibtisch! Mit etwas Glück bekommt man einen kostenlosen Hotelparkplatz.

Komme gern wieder

Toplage. Tolles Retroambiente an historischem Ort. Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit von Supermärkten und Restaurants. Einziges Minus- es gab kein installiertes WLan, konnte aber durch meinen Hotspot kompensieren. Ansonsten alles praktisch und gut. Vor allem die integrierte Küche war sehr hilfreich inkl. Teekocher

wie gesagt WLan sollte ja in unserer digitalisierten Zeit normal sein, dafür war aber das historische Ambiente unschlagbar. Man fühlte sich wie Amadeus Mozart in der Altstadt des 18. Jahrhunderts. Top

Eine Zumutung für jeden Gast!

Noch nie waren wir so schlecht untergebracht. Eine Zumutung. Nachtruhe nicht möglich! Im gleichen Haus im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine stark frequentierte Bar, die bis 2 Uhr morgens geöffnet hat. Lärm und Rauch, der bis ins Zimmer zieht erlauben keinen Schlaf. Fenster (unter dem sich Gäste der Bar sammeln) sind sehr hellhörig. Der Treppenaufgang zum Apartment ist nur mit einem Vorhang abgetrennt. Theoretisch könnte jeder Gast der Bar (da gemeinsamer Hauseingang mit großem Eingangsbereich) nachts ohne Weiteres in den 1. Stock gelangen. Der Zustand des Apartments selbst ist renovierungsbedürftig, vor allem das Bad ist in einem schrecklichen Zustand. Der einzige Pluspunkt ist die zentrale Lage in der Altstadt.

Gutes und funktionales Apartement

Sehr zentrale Lage in Kempten. Das Zimmer war sauber, der Service hat regelmäßig die Handtücher getauscht und den Müll entsorgt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Töpfen, Pfannen und Geschirr. Für Selbstversorger gut nutzbar.

Wenig gemütlich, eher funktional. Das Haus in dem das Appartement ist wird offensichtlich derzeit umgebaut, es gab daher morgens bereits Baulärm. Außerdem war die Tür des Hauses nachts nicht abgeschlossen sondern für jeden zugänglich. Das Bett war ziemlich druchgelegen. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es nicht. Ein Parkplatz in der zugehörigen Tiefgarage kann zugebucht werden, es gibt aber keine Garantie auf einen Parkplatz.

Wir waren im „Londoner Hof“ untergebracht. Alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sehr renovierungsbedürftig.

Empfehlenswert und jederzeit wieder

Super gelegen, mitten in der Innenstadt, Fußgängerzone. Klar, Weinbar gegenüber bei Sommerwetter draußen gut besucht, aber die schließen Punkt 22.00 Uhr, danach super ruhig. Großer Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, ausreichende Küche mit gut erhaltenem Geschirr, riesen Zimmer, großer Tisch zum Essen oder Arbeiten, große und bequeme Betten. Bad sehr klein, aber alles da was man braucht, auch eine gut funktionierende Dusche und Brause. Super Preis-Leistung, ich würde sofort wieder buchen. Auch unkomplizierter Check-in und vor allem sehr freundliche, humorvolle, hilfsbereite und offene Menschen an der Rezeption.

Die zentrale Lage hat uns besonders gefallen, fussläufig alles in Stadt erreichbar. Auch der Fluss Iller ebenfalls in der Nähe.
