One night in Lauben

The view was stunning. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and well equipped! Check in was also very easy.

The bed was quite soft. Personally, I prefer a harder mattress. But still, great night rest.

Die ruhige Lage in der Nähe der Alpen

Die sehr gemütliche Wohnung befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk eines dreistöckigen Gebäudes. Sie verfügt über eine Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein Schlafzimmer, das gleichzeitig als Wohnzimmer genutzt werden kann und über ein Doppelbett sowie ein Sofa verfügt. Aus den Fenstern der Wohnung eröffnet sich ein wunderschöner Blick auf die Alpen. Eine sehr gute Option für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp.

Der einzige Nachteil ist der alte, knarrende Fußboden, der uns jedoch überhaupt nicht gestört hat.

Wohlfühlort für einen Aufenthalt im Allgäu

Die Wohnung ist in einem Dorf ein paar Kilometer von Kempten entfernt und liegt für Ausflüge mit dem Auto in die Umgebung (z.B. Illerbeuren) ideal. Die Käserei Champignon hat ihren Werksverkauf ganz in der Nähe. Es gibt einen Bäcker am Ort. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet und auch in der Küche haben wir nichts vermisst. Bad ist etwas kleiner, war für uns aber kein Problem. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber. Der Blick geht frei auf die Berge, die bei unserem Aufenthalt allerdings meist in den Wollen waren. Die Wohnung liegt unterm Dach.

L appartamento in sé è la Vista sulle Alpi rende ancora tutto più bello

Il letto non troppo comodo sia come materasso che come cuscini. L entrata del letto è solo da una parte. Al posto del divano metterei una poltrona in modo da creare più spazio per accedere al letto da entrambi i lati. Anche di notte nell’ appartamento faceva troppo caldo e con il ventilatore non è sufficiente ad arieggiare l ambiente

nach einer schlaflosen Nacht, nicht viel Positives zu berichten

Vermieter feiern laute Geburtstagparty direkt unterhalb. In Mietregeln steht "keine Partys erlaubt" :D Schlaf ist unmöglich. Gespräch an der Tür hilft nichts, es wird sogar danach noch lauter. Um 3.30 Uhr geben wir auf, der Sonntag ist ohne Schlaf ohnehin ruiniert. Wir packen und machen uns auf die Heimfahrt. Vermieterin läuft uns nach bis zum Auto und macht UNS minutenlang Vorwürfe. Wie kann man eine Party planen, trotzdem die Fe-Wo vermieten und seine zahlenden Gäste einfach ignorieren, wenn diese kein Auge zu tun? Ganz einfach: man verlangt Zahlung im Voraus, Problem gelöst!

War kuschliges kleines Apartment, super sauber, schöne Küche, alles da, für mich top Lage, leider zu kurz, aber für Urlaub in der Region Kempten perfekt. 2. Stock kein Aufzug, dies nur zur Info, für Menschen mit Schwierigkeiten

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft. Sauber. Alle Küchenutensilien vorhanden, sogar Wasser, Getränke, Tee, Kaffeemilch.... Toller Blick auf die Berge. Sehr nette Gastgeberin (am Telefon). Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Uitstekend verblijven, eventueel ook voor meer dagen!

Na een lange dag rijden aangekomen in de straat van dit appartement van particuliere host. Er is geen duidelijk bord dus het was een klein beetje zoeken. Verder is het een heerlijk appartement met kleine keuken, kleine woonkamer inclusief bed. Met een heerlijke bank waar je ff lekker op kunt zitten. Er hangt een hele grote tv, maar al dat nagesynchroniseer daar heb ik niks mee. Dus tv kijken op de mobiel. Maar dan wel weer met een welkomstdrankje van de host! Er stonden 2 halve liters bier, 1 blikje wijn en een fles water klaar. Koffie ook, met het vriendelijke verzoek 50cent per gebruikt cupje te betalen. Uiteraard gedaan, met een dikke fooi voor zoveel goede wil!

Het bed mag langer.
