Recommend and value for money

The apartment was very clean and 8 min by foot to the basel center. Perfect for 2 persons, in my opinion it wouldn’t fit a 3rd one

11 was the check out time and 10.45 someone rang the bell to start the cleaning

Comfortable stay for a small family near city center!

The apartment has a clean, refurbished bathroom and toilet; soap/shampoo, and towels were available. The kitchen is tiny and nice with basic facilities. Having a coffee machine with coffee capsules and creamer was a lovely gesture. Tea was also available! The oven and cooking facilities were beneficial, we could cook a few times for children. A small balcony with a table and chair with greenery outside was nice for relaxing with a coffee. Nice interior decorations with small plants and comfortable beds to sleep in. The host was easily reachable, responsive, and supportive, which made us feel nice. Bus number 30 is a few minutes walk and takes you to the main Basel railways station. Many tourist attractions are nearby, such as Basel Zoo, the main city, the town hall, the natural history museum, etc where we could walk (10-20 minutes walk) with children. Overall it was a nice stay for a family of 4 with two young children.

Having to microwave and frying pan in the kitchen will add more value. Floor mats in the kitchen and bathroom can help keep the house clean and dry. Clear and detailed instruction on collecting keys is helpful (I could not locate keys and had to call the owner. But retrospectively, I know it is well placed and easy to locate, I did not catch the instruction). The building is at the backside of the main road with a small entry road, need to see carefully to locate it.

Preis-Leistung sehr gut.

Ausstattung der Küche (alles da für 2 Personen, gute Messer, Bügeleisen und Fön, Kaffeekapseln zum Start), Gestaltung des Wohnraums (mit indirektem Licht, geschmackvolle Möbel), Kommunikation schnell, die App ist sehr informativ. Hervorragende Lage, gute Größe, Balkon mit Blick über Garten, im Hinterhof. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Bett sehr weich, recht hellhörig (vor allem Wasserleitungen, zum Glück sehr ruhige Nachbarn), einfache Bauweise und es riecht in der gesamten Wohnung 2 nach einem undefinierbaren Geruch, der hinterher in der Kleidung hängt. Musste alles waschen.

Güzel ve merkezi konumda sessiz, sade, konforlu ve sempatik bir daire

Apartmanın bulunduğu semti ve genel olarak konumu çok sevdik. Otobüs durağı çok yakındı, sokak ve yakın çevresi sessiz, temiz ve güvenliydi. Birkaç dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde 2 market vardı, bir de çok tatlı eski bir sokak, zaten tramvay da oradan geçiyordu. Ulaşım kolaydı. Evde ihtiyaç duyduğumuz herşey vardı: mutfakta kapkacak, banyo ve yatak odasındaki malzemeler. Yağmura ve biraz serin havaya rağmen balkonun keyfini yine de çıkardım. Sıcak duş aldık, çizgi filmleri izledik, WiFi kullandık. Bu daire ev ortamını yaşattı bize. Bina ve bahçesi sakindi. Rahat uyuduk. Isıtma ile ufak bir sorun vardı ama ev sahibiyle iletişime geçtik, yetkiliyi gönderdi ve sorunu çözdü. Daire biraz eski görünebilir ama kayda değer hiçbir eksik yoktu. Tekrar kalır mıydık burada? Kesinlikle evet!

Dairenin içi biraz nemliydi fakat katlanabilir derecedeydi. Bundan rahatsız olmadık, zaten kaldığımız süre boyunca hava yağmurluydu ve serindi. Muhtemelen bu dönemde Basel'de hava böyle olur. Ortak alandaki makinelerde çamaşırlarımızı yıkadık ve kuruttuk, ne çamaşırlarımız ne de başka eşyalarımız ortamdan olumsuz etkilenmedi.

Okay, aber mit Abzügen in der B-Note

Super Lage! Gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr nette Kommunikation.

Es roch extrem feucht. Haben uns erst einmal nach Schimmel auf die Suche gemacht. Den haben wir NICHT gefunden, aber ich hätte am liebsten einen Bautrockner reingestellt. Haben deswegen nur mit offenen Fenster schlafen können (und wissen daher, dass ein Nachbar kifft😄). Der Duschvorhang ist nur angeklemmt und fiel ohne Vorankündigung auf den Duschenden. Die Hälfte der Handtücher hatte Flecken, was den Wohlfühlfaktor deutlich gesenkt hat. Die Spülmaschine, die man auf einen Foto sah, ist wohl nicht in jedem Appartment.

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage aber Sauberkeits- und Austattungsmängel.

Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist hell und geräumig.

Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit der Küche. Töpfe und Pfannen waren teilweise dreckig und in beklagenswerten Zustand. Die Lampen am Nachtisch funktionierten nicht und es war auf der einen Seite keine Steckdose dafür da. Der Duschvorhang war am unteren Ende unhygienisch.

Recomand cazarea pentru familie, cuplu. Aproape de obiective turistice.

Cazarea a fost buna. Camera mare, spațioasă, curat. Internetul a fost bun. Bucătăria utilata cu cele necesare pregătirii micului dejun sau a unei alte mese. Priveliștea din terasa superbă in gradina din spate plina de plante și pomi.

Doar o recomandare. Ar fi util una sau doua umbrele la locație, am prins vreme ploioasă și o zi nu am putut ieși . Și câteva pastile pentru mașina de spălat vase. Deși există în bucătărie ,nu am putut o folosi, neavând pastile pentru aceasta.

Nicht zu empfehlen.

Wohnung war ungereinigt. Benutzte Bettwäsche wurde nicht gewechselt, benutzte Handtücher lagen überall rum, Müll nicht entsorgt, Wohnung verschmutzt. Wir konnten diese Wohnung nicht nutzen, mussten uns ein anderes Quartier suchen und verlangen den Mietpreis vollständig zurück. Die Vermieterin war trotz unzähliger Versuche nicht erreichbar und hat bisher auch auf Mail-Nachrichten nicht reagiert.

La posizione dell'appartamento è veramente eccezionale in quanto praticamente si raggiunge la zona centrale a pochi passi. L'appartamento è spazioso e luminoso. I letti e i cuscini sono sorprendente confortevoli. L'appartamento si trova tra due fermate (la 30 e la 34) comodissime. Se si fa un giro per l'isolato si scoprono anche diversi market (che consiglio) La proprietaria è sempre stata disponibile.

È stato tutto perfetto ma sfortunatamente sono capitata in un momento in cui la lavanderia aveva le macchine (credo)fuori uso (di più non so perché non mi sono state date informazioni a riguardo e questo mi dispiace perché la proprietaria è sempre stata molto disponibile)

Falsche Erwartungen geweckt - wenig gehalten - dazu keine Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter möglich!!!

Die zentrale und ruhige Lage.

Wir waren zu viert unterwegs - eine Freundin sagte noch ab. Die Bilder sind so verwirrend, dass wir davon ausgingen, dass es sich um ein Wohn- und ein Schlafzimmer handelt. Es gab aber nur einen Raum mit einem Doppelbett und zwei superdünnen Schlafmatten (da wir zu dritt waren haben wir diese aufeinander gelegt). So etwas als Bett anzubieten geht gar nicht. Das schlimmste war, dass Anliegen, die wir angeblich über die "guest-App" kommunizieren können, nie beantwortet wurden. Die Vermieter übermittelten uns weder die versprochene Baselcard (erspart viele Kosten im teuren Basel) - wir holten sie selbst im Stadt-Casino - noch ging der Fernseher ( wir wollten ESC schauen und mussten uns eine Bar suchen). All dies schrieben wir, bekamen keine Antwort, nur Standardmails. In der Küche fehlten der versprochene Kaffee- und Teezubehör (nicht eine Kapsel), ein Handtuch für den Abwasch. Alles war sehr minimal. In der Wohnung war ein komischer Geruch - wir entdeckten Schimmel im Bad und am ekligen Duschvorhand, das war wohl der Grund für den Geruch. Für den hohen Preis zu viel versprochen und wenig gehalten - und keine Kontaktmöglichkeit!!!

Tesisin konumu çok güzeldi.Yürüyerek birçok yere ulaşımı var. Daire temizdi .Modern ve güzel döşenmişti.Basel Card olanağı da çok güzeldi .Ev sahibi mesajlara hızlı dönüş yapıyordu.Kendisine teşekkür ederim .

Yatak odası duvarında küf vardı ,bu sağlık açısından pek hoş bir durum değildi.Umarım en kısa zamanda bu sorun çözülür.

La posizione vicina al centro, gli ambienti ampi e luminosi, la pulizia.

Il terzo letto era un materasso sul pavimento e non era specificato, noi eravamo 3 adulti, in cucina solo 2 sgabelli ci siamo seduti a turno per la colazione, il materasso e i cuscini non troppo comodi. Dalle foto sembrava ci fossero 2 camere da letto, invece sono 2 appartamenti distinti nello stesso edificio.

ruhige Lage im Zentrum, geschmackvolle Einrichtung

Wir haben einfach alles gemocht an dieser Unterkunft: Angefangen vom unkomplizierten Kontakt mit Julian, über die geschmackvolle und praktische Ausstattung der Wohnung (mit Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine und Haartrockner), die sehr ruhige Wohnlage und den wunderschönen Ginkgo-Baum im Hof, die fussläufige Nähe zur Altstadt und die Erreichbarkeit mit dem öV (Bus Nr. 30 Universität, Bus Nr. 34 Synagoge, Tram 3 Universität). Für unseren nächsten Besuch in Basel werden wir nur ein Datum wählen, an welchem diese Wohnung frei ist. Danke Julian, es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt!
