Charming and peaceful countryside stay near Imola with comfortable apartments and delightful pastries

I had a great stay at Podere Selvatici. The property is charming, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful countryside, making it a perfect place to relax after a day in Imola or exploring the nearby area. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and decorated with a warm, rustic touch that made it feel instantly welcoming. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated the small details, especially the nice pastries we got, which were a lovely touch. The location is excellent if you’re visiting Imola or looking to enjoy the quieter side of the region. Easy to reach by car and very convenient for day trips. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Podere Selvatici and would happily return. Highly recommended!

A wonderful stay in a extremely clean, well-designed house on a fantastic domain. A unique place!

A very friendly, personal & authentic Italian approach. Supermarket very close by. A perfect spot to discover Bologna, the hills, ancient villages and the Italian coast. Small details like fresh fruits, local suggestions, a wonderful pool and a warm welcome made it memorable and extremely relaxing!

Excellent property with a large garden and pool; it cannot be faulted

The accommodation was spacious, very clean and with excellent attention to detail. Laura was an excellent host with prompt communication. It was well situated for Imola, the railway station and the Imola track.

Absolutely beautiful

It is a wonderful place and the staff is exceptional. A lot of attention was paid to the details, everything in this location is special. The host is wonderful, very nice and helpful. We stayed to participate in Cosmoprof and did not regret the 45-minute drive for a second. We felt extraordinary and every time that we will go to Bologna we will stay in Imola, at this magical place.♥️

Wonderful place, very beautiful and cozy, and still modern, with a lot of attention to the details 😊The hosts are a phenomenal couple that put their hearts and dedication to make a place where you feel at home. Beautiful pool, beautiful big garden with different fruits, flower and herbs! The mother who live in the house next door is so kind and sporty! Ask for basilicum, don’t buy! Big supermarket just a stroll away.

We absolutely loved our stay at Podere Selvatici! The accommodation is run by a very welcoming host, Laura, and her mother in law (and two sweet dogs). Throughout our stay, we were surprised by their thoughtfulness. The accommodation itself is clean, brand-new and includes everything you could think of. The beautiful garden with swimming pool and enough spaces to relax is lovely to come back to after a day exploring the surrounding cities.

Laura and her family are the most friendly people who really want that their guests feel at home! There were little suprises, from cakes to iced coffe.. Everything we asked was OK for them, they tried to help and look for solutions. They also told us were to go for dinner, what to visit, ...

I'm absolutely thrilled about the hotel we had the opportunity to stay at! It's simply mesmerizing, a true piece of paradise on Earth. Every aspect of the hotel was thoughtfully designed with such exquisite taste that it's truly enchanting. The appliances in the room were designer-made and of top-notch brands – it was simply incredible! Now, let me tell you about the soaps and shower gels – they were a whole different story. They were eco-friendly and incredibly fragrant. And what can I say about those little extras, like the wine and fruits we found in our room? They made our stay here so pleasant and special. The feeling that we were truly cared for and valued as guests made this hotel stand out for us. Oh, and I haven't even mentioned the pool! It was warm and impeccably clean, inviting us to take a dip and relax. The experience of swimming in that pool was simply rejuvenating and added an extra level of enjoyment to our stay. To sum it up, our time at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The emotions it evoked, from awe to delight, made it a truly memorable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a vibrant and unforgettable getaway. I hope that we will be able to come back here again and again

Sehr schöner alter Bauernhof, perfekt umgebaut zu Appartements.

Es war von Anfang an alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Freundlichkeit der Besitzer, die Ausstattung des Zimmers, der Pool perfekt mit dem dahinterliegenden Olivenbäumen und der Weite des Geländes. Die Aufmerksamkeiten auf dem Zimmer, Wein, Kaffeepads, Obst, kleine Naschereien und Kleinigkeiten zum Frühstücken. Alles in allem ein vollends zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt und wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Ein kleiner Wäscheständer für die Badesachen wäre vielleicht nicht schlecht.

De rust..! Groot appartement met alles aanwezig!! Afstand tot bar/winkel op slechts 5’ wandelen of 1’ auto, Imola centrum en circuit vlakbij, Bologna op klein uurtje Heerlijk zwembad met gradaties voor baby’s tot volwassenen! Tuin verder uitgerust met alles wat nodig is, bedjes en parasols bij zwembad, zitgelegenheid, bbq,.. Voldoende handdoeken en schoonmaak! Smart tv en bluetooth-muziekbox aanwezig. Kortom alles om het top te hebben!! Top, TOp, TOP!!

Struttura tenuta benissimo nel verde con bella piscina. Gli interni sono ben studiati con pezzi di design e ogni tipo di attrezzatura per rendere il soggiorno piacevole. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e pronti ad aiutarti in ogni momento.

Soggiorno stupendo in una struttura stupenda

La cordialità e l'accoglienza sono l'ottimo biglietto da visita per questo casale ristrutturato con gusto e praticità. La struttura si trova in una zona periferica silenziosa e tranquilla ma vicinissima al centro di Imola (e all'autodromo). A disposizione abbiamo avuto un ampio parcheggio privato e una bellissima piscina in mezzo al verde ben curato (con tutto ciò che serve per godersi un bagno rinfrescante). La nostra stanza era grande, pulita e abbiamo apprezzato molto l'arredamento. Il letto è comodo e con doppio cuscino, per chi gradisce. In sintesi abbiamo trascorso tre giorni e due notti molto piacevoli, grazie anche alla gentilezza di Laura e di tutto lo staff

Wunderschönes Amwesen in hervorragender Lage mit tollen Gastgebern

Eines ist klar, bessere Gastgeber kann man sich kaum vorstellen! Laura und Andrea und ganz besonders Andreas Mutter haben uns den Aufenthalt von der ersten Minute an sehr besonders gemacht! Bei Ankunft gab es nach einer herzlichen Begrüßung direkt eine kurze Führung durch das wunderschöne Anwesen und die Wohnung, die mit einigen Leckereien, Wasser und Wein bestückt war. Während des Aufenthalts wurde immer mal wieder frisches Obst oder Kuchen gebracht - das war einfach toll! Die Wohnung (Fienile) war wunderschön und detailverliebt ausgestattet und wir haben nichts vermisst. Für Selbstversorger ist die Küche ausreichen und sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist perfekt für viele Ausflüge im der wunderschönen Emilia Romagna und Imola ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Zudem ist ein großer Supermarkt mur wenige Meter entfernt erreichbar. Auch ein Tag am Pool ist super erholsam - wir und unsere Tochter waren sehr glücklich während unserer 10 Tage in Imola und werden sicher mal wieder kommen!!!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad

Het is een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen en tegelijkertijd goed gelegen om veel te kunnen zien van de omgeving. Vooral het gebied richting Toscane is prachtig. Vraag vooral ook tips aan de hosts hiervoor. In het appartement en op het gehele terrein is duidelijk veel aandacht besteed. Als je iets mist dan komt Laura’s lieve schoonmoeder het brengen.

De plek is fantastisch, we zullen het niet snel vergeten. Zo mooi ingericht en de voorzieningen super. Laura en haar man en haar moeder super vriendelijke mensen. We hopen hier ooit weer te komen!

Il podere è meraviglioso, pulito, ordinato e curatissimo. L'appartamento dotato di tutti i confort, molto spazioso, luminoso. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato frutta fresca, torta, vino ed acqua. La proprietaria ha aspettato il nostro arrivo e si è preoccupata di prenotarci il ristorante per la cena.

Het gebouw, hoe en met welke materialen het pand in orde is gemaakt, grote tuin. Op loopafstand grote supermarkt. Konden heerlijk op locatie blijven. Hadden ook nog appartement beneden

Helemaal perfect!

De locatie is echt prachtig, en ondanks dat het vrij dicht bij de weg ligt is het een oase van rust! We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen en alles werd ons goed uitgelegd. Het inchecken ging heel soepel omdat we van tevoren al onze gegevens konden sturen. Het is een flink terrein, met mooie olijfbomen, abrikozenbomen en een paard. Daarnaast kregen we nog wat versnaperingen van het huis, super attent! Je ziet aan alles dat er veel liefde en aandacht in deze plek wordt gestoken!

Tutto perfetto

Una delle strutture più belle che io sia mai stata. Accogliente, calda, antica ma allo stesso tempo moderna.. Arredata in ogni minimo dettaglio.. Ci siamo sentiti accolti come non mai. Laura e sua suocera Top.. Cordialissime, carinissime.. Torneremo sicuramente, magari quando farà caldo per usufruire anche della piscina 😊

Gezellig, huiselijke en van alle gemakken voorzien

Wat een heerlijke en huiselijke plek is dit! Heel stijlvol en gezellig ingericht, je voelt je er echt thuis. Laura en familie zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, er stond ook een welkomstpakketje klaar. Mooie tuin met zwembad. Centraal gelegen tov steden en supermarkt op loopafstand. En wij genieten thuis nog extra na nu ons huis net zo lekker ruikt dankzij de geheime wasparfum.

Misschien konden we het weten, maar het viel ons een beetje tegen hoe goed je het circuit hoort, op een doordeweekse dag van ochtend tot avond. Maar goed, het ligt ook praktisch in de achtertuin.
