Perfect!

We havent slept in better and more comfortable and warm room. Cofee, tea, water, juice and snack as welcome gift. Everything is petfect clean, bathroom good size snd clean, beds are sooo comfortable, I have problem sleeping in other bed than mine, this was like sleeping on cloud. Perfect. Location is excellente, by car around 5min till center. It was winter and cold when we where there but still perfect surounding, everything so well kept. A little countryside heaven. And also Stefania, her daughter and son in law, we have no words how they are nice, helpfull, always there to help with everything. We will definitly come back here again! If we could we would give 100/10.

AMAZING! We came back to this wonderful place! Newly renovated premisis with high standards and a wonderful hostess, Stefania. Perfect location with a beautiful garden nearby Imola. Bikes to borrow. The breakfast included all you need. Strongly recommended

Simply amazing

I strongly recommend this structure, the surrounding environment outside the center of Imola and adiacent to the autodromo is a peaceful area, well isolated from the traffic but practical at the same time. The warm welcome of Stefania and her kindness are unique!

Nuestra estancia fue fantástica. Queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad de Stefania, siempre atenta y cercana. La ubicación es excelente, perfecta tanto para descansar como para moverse y descubrir la zona con comodidad. Además, las instalaciones son preciosas, muy cuidadas, limpias y decoradas con mucho gusto. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable. ¡Volveríamos encantados!

Erg fijn, precies zoals je op voorhand hoopt dat het zal zijn.

De gastvrijheid en de schone goed verzorgde kamers. Het ontbijt dat persoonlijk werd verzorgd door de eigenaresse met haar dochter. Het mooie landhuis op een prachtige "Italiaanse" locatie buitenaf en toch dicht bij de stad gelegen.

Ik kan gelukkig niets verzinnen dat tegenviel. Het was jammer dat we na 1 nacht al weer vertrokken omdat we op doorreis waren. Komen bij gelegenheid beslist terug.

Tutto ben oltre le più rosee aspettative. La proprietaria è state puntuale, precisa e disponibile. Immobile nuovo e ben tenuto. Colazione perfetta. Per gli amanti della formula 1 (quando tornerà a Imola) è a quattro passi dalla pista. Torneremo sicuramente.

L'accueil incroyable et la gentillesse de Stefania. Attentionnée et attentive à notre bien-être. L'emplacement est idéal pour accéder à pied au circuit d'Imola, mais permet d'être au calme.

Colazione superlativa. Posizione ottima riservata e tranquilla. Stefania, la proprietaria, gentilissima. Parcheggio interno e stanza e bagno pulitissimi. A pochi passi dalla Tosa e ad un attimo dal circuito.

Fantastiskt ställe med underbar värdinna som gjorde allt för att vi skulle trivas och ha det bra.

Fantaskiskt läge precis vid Imolabanan och endast en kort cykelväg från Imola stadskärna. Frukosten var enkel men innehöll allt man kan önska. Mycket trevlig servering.

Mooie appartementen. Mooie lokatie. Veel ruimte om het appartementencomplex heen. Veel ruimte voor de hond.

Posizione ideale vicino autodromo

Villa adibita a B&B in Posizione vicina ma defilata rispetto autodromo cancello e sistema di sicurezza tramite codice parcheggio ampio e privato. Giardino ben curato con 2 gazebi a disposizione.

Sistema di condizionamento (raffrescamento a pavimento) poco efficace quando si superano i 30 gradi, dormito con l’unica finestra presente in camera aperta ( con zanzariere per fortuna) ma con fatica. Staff cordiale che ha cercato comunque di proporre soluzioni cambiando stanza. Frigorifero in camera poco raffreddato. Bagno senza finestra con piatto doccia a livello pavimento che allaga la stanza . Una sola finestra nelle camere superiori. Al piano terra erano presenti 2 spaziosi appartamenti con cucina, ora solo uno in quanto l’altro utilizzato come sala colazioni. Non ho utilizzato il servizio colazione per mia scelta.

Buenísima!!

Nos encantó poder despertar con esas vistas. La habitación y las instalaciones estaban muy limpias y ordenadas. La cama es comodisima. Estefania nos atendió de maravilla y fue súper amable. Si volvemos a Imola no dudaremos en consultar la disponibilidad.

El único inconveniente es que la entrada al camino donde se encuentra la casa, debería de tener una señal visible para evitar perderte ( sobre todo al conducir por la noche).
