Great apartment at a great central location.

So well decorated and all the facilities you can think off. Even coffee to use and use of washing machine.

Climbing a few stairs but as we could park the car close by it was easy to carry our stuff. So certainly not an issue.

Very mice place to stay at Perros Guirec

The apartment is located at the second (last) floor of a building located in a very quiet area at Perros Guirec. It is extremely well furnished and looks very nice. It is composed of a large sitting/dining room with a lot on natural light coming from the windows, two bedrooms (one larger and one smaller, but both with a double bed and their own window). The kitchen is in the dining room and it is much more than a standard kitchenette: it is a real kitchen with everything that can be needed for preparing a full meal. The bathroom is also large expecially the shower. Everythnig is brand new and perfectly functioning. The bed (we only tested the one in the larger room) is confortable. In the whole apartment, the heating system works well and the temperature is comfortable. The car, if you have one, can stay free of charge in the courtyard of the building.

It was a little difficult for us to locate the building upon arrival, because the entrance of 134, Boulevard de la Corniche is hidden under some trees and the number 134 is not immediatley visible from the road, but we found it after a short search.

3eme séjour pour nous en famille dans cet appartement. Un plaisir à chaque fois tant l’accueil et le cadre sont parfait.

Appartement très chaleureux, décoré avec goût et parfaitement équipé : on s’y sent comme à la maison. Parfaitement situé à proximité immédiate de toutes les commodités et des GR ou petits chemins pour faire de belles sorties.

Ein wunderschönes Apartment, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem versehen, was man braucht.

Man sollte sich darüber im klaren sein, dass es im zweiten Stock liegt, also besser gut zu Fuß sein.

Super Ausstattung, helle und geräumige Zimmer.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem alten Gebäude, mit Holztreppen, man hatte das Gefühl, im letzten Stockwerk eines Fabrikgebäudes zu sein. Zimmer im Treppen, die vermutlich keine Wohnräume waren, waren von außen mit Hängeschlössern verriegelt. Irgendwie war der Zugang zur Unterkunft innerhalb des Hauses gespenstisch. Aber beim Betreten der Wohnung betrat man eine andere Welt. Die Zimmer waren hell, bunt und freundlich.

Eine überraschend tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt im 2.OG eines völlig unscheinbaren Hauses. Zunächst waren wir skeptisch, aber als wir durch die Tür kamen, sehr überwältigt. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich alles (!) da, was man braucht. Sämtliches Küchenequipment, Spielzeug für die Kinder, Gewürze, Kaffee, ein Notfallkoffer, etc.. Das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt. Der Meerblick ist schon ein wenig entfernt. Da es aber direkt gegenüber in einem Feinkostladen auch Baguettes un Croissants gab und der Ei stieg zum Zöllnerweg nur ca. 1,2 km entfernt lag, gefiel uns die Lage trotzdem.

Es hat uns alles gefallen.

Sehr schöne große Wohnung an der wunderschönen Granitküste :-)

Sehr schöne große neu renovierte Wohnung mit allen Geräten, die man sich wünscht! Trotz warmer Temperaturen draußen durch die elektrischen Rollladen angenehm kühl in der Wohnung. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter! Als ich etwas vergessen hatte, wurde sofort auf meine Mail geantwortet und ich konnte es problemlos am nächsten Tag aus der Wohnung abholen. Vielen Dank dafür! :-) Lage günstig und wir haben viel mit dem Fahrrad direkt ab der Wohnung unternommen. Allerdings benötigt man ohne E- Bike eine gute Kondition, um die Steigungen bewältigen zu können!

Leider war es nachts bei geöffneten Fenstern sehr laut, da die vorbeifahrenden Autos sich nicht an die Geschindigkeitsbegrenzung gehalten haben.

Perfektní apartmán v krásném kraji

Byt je dokonalý! Pohodlný, čistý, cca 10 minut od hlavní pláže a o kousek dál od Saint-Guirec. Vybavení nadstandartní, např. vytahovací rolety, vypínače u postele, myčka, pračka, všehno potřebné kuchyňské nádobí, čajíky ve vkusné krabici, kávovar.... Naprosto nic nám nechybělo. Hostitel je velmi milý. Asi jsem v lepším bytě nikdy nebydlela.
