Amazing house, would rent it again any time. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, designer flair, great art everywhere reflective of the owner and his travels. Wonderful heated pool and outdoor area, where we spent most the time during our stay. Very quiet rural area, but only 30-45 minute drive to Honfleur, Etritat and Deauville. 12 minute drive to Pont Audemer with its cute restaurants, huge supermarket and many activities. Very secure with large gate at the entrance of the property.
1/ We only had one gate remote control for the majority of our stay, which caused problems with 4 different cars/groups trying to go out for different activities every day, The owner did bring us a second control towards the end of the trip.
2/ We only had 2 fans for the entire place during a hot 10 days, which really was not enough. The promised " air conditioning units" were not provided. We learned to sleep with all the windows open , but more fans or air con units would have been appreciated.
