Great space for two families!! Kids can play, grown ups can relax. Easy access to many beaches and grocery stores. Lovely grounds, too!

We had an excellent stay at the Villa Matian! First of all the hosts are amazing, very friendly and ready to help whenever needed. The villa is big and confortable with all the facilities that you can imagine. Very well equipped kitchen and barbecue area, great swimming pool and relaxation area. The football playground and the ping pong table were great also.
Very close to a long nice beach and good restaurants (we highly recommend the “Al Primo” and “Da Vito” restaurants - Amazing food!

Fantastic, very comfortable villa, both for adults and for kids, with additional amenities available: pool, ping-pong table, billiard, small football pitch, allowing for fantastic organizing holiday time. Clean inside and outside, spacious inside and outside, with elements of family history built in. Perfectly equipped with everything you may need to comfortably function on vacation, both in bedrooms and bathrooms and kitchen / living room / dining room. Clean, very nice pool in the garden, of reasonable size and depth to use by both adults and kids, located next to the dining table and outside terrace (so you can easily keep an eye on kids even if not taking the pool with them). The property surrounded by forest / trees on three sides - green and quiet. Convenient location in tiny village surroundings, with good road access, still very peace and quiet and close to the beaches, restaurants and cities / towns nearby - short car ride distance should be assumed. Responsive, easily achievable and extremely nice and helpful owners!
