Convenient location and balcony facility.

-Staff availability, had to wait for 2 hours to go out to the shops as the main lady was not available (30th of December) -Netflix was not working and Wi-Fi signal was poor couldn’t stream

location was simple

the fact that the walls in the room are so thin you can litrally here everything thats going on next door some teens who didnt even belong on the section we were booked at were sitting rite infront of our window listening in on us and when i opened the window they laughed and ran they were so quiet we had no idea that they were infront of our window so they were clearly listening in on us not sure for how long but that was the case they shouldnt even have been allowed to do that

We stay very nice

Toilet papers were not enough Changing of the linen in the morning Pots were not enough. We did not make our breakfast Sunday because other guests that we shared the pots with did not clean the pots after uses. There was no frying pan and dish soap, no glasses. There were cockroaches in the fridge and around our beds. Toilet basins were not clean enough.

We struggled for the spoons to eat porridge or cereal.

Things needing attention.

1 :I was not impressed by the sweaty smell of the linen esp the blanket. 2: The basin's cold water tab had no water. 3: No supply of tea/coffee , suger and milk yet there was a kettle in the room. 4: TV not user friendly. 5: I expected atleast the room to be cleaned daily.

Property outside was pleasant but inside wasn’t properly clean ,. There was still previous guests food in the fridge and we found sand in one of the beds. Everything else was okay , host she’s such a lovely person, pool was clean garden was clean and nice

Very Private, Safe And Lots Of Potential For Investors

The Lady Whom Greeted Us And Booked Us In Is Amazing, She Has Total Empathy And Very Customer Driven. The Rest Of The Guests Also Staying There Are All Very Friendly. Nothing Wrong With The Staff. I Love The Swimming pool Area And The Deck That Overlooks The Sunset And Ocean And It's Very Central Located And Gives Access To All The Important Exits, Entrances, Local Shopping Malls And Beaches. The Area Is Also Quiet And Very Safe, A Lot Of Patrols From The Various Neighborhood Watches, Security Firms And Police.

A Lot Of Maintenance Is Required, There Is Mold Build Up, But A Person Can See That The Contractor That Did The Painting, Didn't Treat the Mold But Just Over Painted It. The Shower And Toilet Basin Is Very Historic Still And Can Maybe Get Tiled. This Place Can Boom And By Getting Assistance From An Investor It Can Most Definetly Be A Gold Mine.

The location was perfect, the lady there is very welcoming and accommodative. It was quiet at night I slept like a baby. I would definitely book again.

Apart from the few forks, the place was great and on a great location and the hostess always ready

We didn't get breakfast, but the location was nice as it was close to the shops.

There were few forks, some of us ended up eating spaghetti with spoons.

Location to where I needed to be. Close to the beach as well. Cleanliness of the room. Sheilah was lovely.

There was a kettle and a mug but no tea or coffee which Sheilah and I agreed she will make up for on my next visit! 😄 Not sure if the geyser was off but water was cold the following morn, but it wasn't a big issue for me.

I like the area and the exterior of the house, very beautiful.

When I got to the room I had booked, it had a terrible odor. I had to take a different room, and I paid extra for it. The fridge was not working; the curtain rail fell on my partner on our way out. Sunday morning, when I had to check out, there was no water, and I couldn't shower. I mean, I had to leave without showering. I called one of the ladies who worked there, and aversion by the staff met me. OMG! They were so rude!! I had to give her 50 rand in the morning, and because I didn't have change when I checked in, I told her I'd pay the day I left. On the checkout Day, I told her she must give me the number of the owner. I want to talk to him about the shower; I mean, how can I book a place and leave without showering? When I told that lady, she said she was not a plumber. Her attitude stinks!! The owner, Victor, doesn't care either—not to mention how the lady woke me up with attitude and told me not to be late to check out. She knows the ladies check out late. How could she do that? Who said I would be late for my checkout, and why would she disturb my privacy? Such a bad experience.

Don't recommend

I did not like anything about this place,I was desperate. The only thing is that the was hot water and the sheets was clean.

The place had cockroaches when you enter the room.i don't like the fact that you pass other people's doors when going to your room that lives there. The smell from the kitchen was awful. The yard of the place is even dirty when you enter the gate. I wouldn't recommend and also it's a bit far out from the central.

Location was great, the place is safe and clean. They were flexible and allowed us to check in at around 23:30.
