Ubicación excelente. Todos los servicios cerca, bus, metro, restaurantes, supermercados y aún así es bastante silencioso y tranquilo. El apartamento tiene un tamaño y distribución bastante buenos. Fuimos 3 personas y estuvimos cómodas en ese aspecto La persona que nos recibió fue muy amable y estuvo muy dispuesta durante toda la estancia, contestando nuestras preguntas y atendiéndonos correctamente.

El sofá cama es incómodo, se notan todos los muelles. La limpieza bastante mejorable, debajo del sofá había suciedad, incluso objetos de inquilinos anteriores. El baño tenía malos olores y el WC está para sustituirlo. El patio es muy bonito pero estaba sucio y con mucho ruido porque los aires acondicionados del bloque están todos encima.

The location is awesome—you can literally see the Colosseum at the end of the street! Just a heads-up: make sure to check if the washing machine actually works.

The only thing good about this apartment is the location. The person receiving and explaining things is OK.

Where do I start? 1. Dirty sofa and chair. They dont clean the floor under the sofa, full of dust. 2. Kitchen vessels, stinked egg. Many dirty dishes. Had to wash them again. 3. Dish washer does not work. When asked for dish soap and brush, extreme silence and no commitment to provide service. 4. Molds in the shower area. Very very harmful. 5. Hot water issues if you visit in fall and winter. You have to wait 30 mins until the next person can use. Also, I think many apartments have one common heater. So, its like a random hot water shower. You shower if you get lucky. For all these, I pay 160 EUR per night. (Excluding city tax) And booking.com is promoting as one of the best apartment in this category. What is wrong with booking? Dont be fooled.
