Très bon accueil par Nadia. Appartement tres propre, spacieux, literie très bonne. Bus à quelques minutes à pieds pour aller visiter Venise. Je recommande.

Great location if you have a car!!! So much better than staying in Venice and having to lug your bags around. At this apartment you can just pull up right in front and leave your car or find street parking nearby. Safe neighborhood and two blocks from big grocery stores. There is a bus down the street that is a 15 min ride into the city of Venice, it's very easy. Just tap your phone for the ticket. Apartment itself is very clean, modern and comfortable, it is as advertised. You have to walk up two short flights of stairs. Bathroom is spacious and washing machine is great. There are two bed rooms. The one bedroom has a large bed (maybe like an American sized queen) and the other bed in the room was like a double(bigger than a single person twin bed). Second bedroom has a queen. There was ample cooking supplies to make what you want and she supplies you with basics like soaps, detergents and even extra garbage bags. You will be very comfortable here with the dark curtains, air conditioning and space. Only downfall was the wifi is not very strong. But overall great value and great place!!

The Wifi did not work well at all. It was the only disappointment.
