The communications received from the host were excellent and comprehensive. The property is deceptively large being on three floors. Although located on a busy residential street about a 10 minute walk from town it is quiet and within a few minutes of the Ferry Terminal at Dieppe; also it is located on the VeloMaritime 4.
Bear in mind the property is over three floors (including a very nice converted lower ground floor leading to the garden and patio) linked by quite tight spiral wooden staircases. The only bathroom is on the middle floor hence it will not suit all people.
