Casa Din Bran - Inn Cuisine

The hospitality was exceptional. Food served was top class cuisine, michellin star. We ate breakfast each morning, the quality and presentation was exquisite. Compliments to the chef for such delightfully delicious menu. Evening meals were tremendous, especially the special meal we had for our daughters 16th birthday, we all very much enjoyed the sharing platter filled with local delicacies, such a treat!! The local pancakes dessert was so delicious. The waiting staff in the restaurant/outside area were absolutely fantastic, so attentive, plesant and extremely efficient. They all worked so, so hard and never stopped serving the guests. Particular thanks goes to young gentlemen who presented my daughters cake on her birthday in a very memorable melodic mannee, lovely singing! The cleaning staff are so sweet, such gentle pleasant nature and the hotel and rooms are spotless, well done! The ladies at reception are just amazing, they helped our whole holiday be such a joy. I feel we have made memorable friends for life, I could not of set this holiday up if not for their help. The helped with flowerists, bakeries, and so much guidance, so yes they need a massive big thanks because they went above and beyond with their attention to us as guests. They truly made our holiday unforgettable. As for the premises itself, absolutely out of this world, stunning grounds, breathtaking backdrop of the castle and mountains, accessible to all activities/vibe of the centre but most of all what makes Casa Din Bran what it is is the amazing team of heartfelt people who show pride in their work which then resinates back to each and every guest that walks through the doors. We were so sad to leave but we are so looking forward to a return visit in the near future. Thank you Casa Din Bran for such a memorable time.

The answer to this is, there was nothing! Casa Din Bran is out of this world, sophisticated, full of character, stunning furnishings, set in a romantic setting, breathtaking views but mostly a perfect team of hardworking people.

Great location

A lift would have been great. The stairs are quite narrow and makes it very difficult going up and down the stairs with a suitcase

The service was lovely but a little impersonal

Location is practical, but in a small town like Bran nothing really is central. Staff I've hardly seen at all, except at reception. Breakfast: choice of 4 fixed choices, so very very limited and no flexibility.
