La situació. Està al cas històric i relativament proper a diferents comerços. Aparcament fàcil. Aire condicionat a l'habitació que ha estat molt necessari per aquests dies de calor intensa. És espaiós. En Juan, el propietari, ha estat molt amable i atent.
Més que res, recomanaria poder disposar d'aire condicionat a la resta de la casa, zones comunes, perquè només hi ha a una habitació.
