Inexpensive accommodation very close to most everything you might want to do in Ho Chi Minh. The bathroom was mostly kept clean and the bed, linens, and towels were nice and clean. The small gym was a big plus! It has the basics and that was really why I booked this hostel over others. The fan helped cool things down just enough to get through a workout. For the price, you’ll get a bed and shower, but I would pay more next time for a more comfortable room and better quality sleep.

The Air Con was problematic during our stay. The temp in the room felt quite warm, even after we asked to turn it down to 20 which was the minimum they would go. I was sweating so much it took me a long time to fall asleep. My friend’s mattress was up against the main power switch for the AC. No one told us this and it got turned off on the middle of the night. Someone in the room had gone down to complain that it was too warm as well and we were both woken up by someone knocking on our bed asking us to turn the AC back on. We had no idea what they were asking at first. Just adding a little fan in each bed space would be a good solution if the concern is that you don’t want some people to be too cold. Everyone in the room had agreed that it was too hot though.
