The room I had were big and spacious, there were Aircon and fan in the room, hot water in the CR.
Its not a 5 star hotel, but it were good enough for me, and the people who run it were nice and friendly and spoke English, which not everyone do in Vietnam.
The room also had a flat screen TV and a kettle, but I never used it.
My room has a small balcony were smoking were allowed.
The Guesthouse were smack in the middle of an area with restaurants and convenience stores, next to some other hostels and rooms.
It was a nice and friendly area, with no noise problems.
I were happy.
I have no complaint, the room were on 3rd floor, but I needed the exercise anyways 😂🤣

Just a bit too far away from the main shopping/tourist areas if that’s what you want. But better for local kine

10 minutes stroll to walking street, location was very quiet and we felt very safe. The owners were very helpful and kind, we received some fresh fruit one day and when we left they arranged a very cheap taxi to the airport (73000 dongs) the bed was comfortable and their was good Wi-Fi and air con.
