Accueil très chaleureux ! On a beaucoup parlé avec Katerina et sa maman, elles sont formidable et de bon conseil. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et le hamac confortable.

Amazing typical breakfast, super filling and flavourful and the B&B is run by a lovely family who make you feel right at home.

The room was slightly hot but this is common with most accomodation in Leon.

There are many glowing positives of Casa Cisneros which could fill a large book. However the most shining of these examples are the hosts: Katherine and Francis. Every morning we were greeted with a homely breakfast, and both Katherine and Francis made us feel quite at home. A friendly chat over some rice and beans was the perfect way to start each day. The location is outside the centre of León which was an unexpected highlight as we explored many streets tourists would typically miss. The room and amenities were all in working order and fit for any tourist.

Clean and safe. Katherine and Francis were great. Helped me exchange money and get a SIM card. Also called a taxi for me when I needed to go to the bus terminal.
