Highly recommended

Well equipped & comfortable with an excellent location close to restuarants, cafes, bars and the town centre. The host, Tatiana, was friendly & very easy to communicate with. She greeted us & showed us around the spotlessly clean flat. There is also a large, free public car park about 150m from the appartment. We would highly recommend this apartment.

It felt like a little home away from home.

The location was great: five-minute walk to the supermarket, three-minute walk to the laundromat, ten-minute walk to the beach and to the Denia promenade, and a ten-minute walk to the TLC Denia Spanish language. It is also within walking distance to car rental offices and to cafes, restaurants, and retail stores. The apartment was super clean and is a nice size, containing all the necessities. Importantly, the bed was very comfortable, and the little balcony table was a sweet addition for a meal on a warm day. The manager, Tatiana, maintained clear communication from the moment of booking until receiving the key back, and was a warm and welcoming person.

Charming Stay with a Thoughtful Host!

"My stay at Toto and Koko was absolutely wonderful. Tatiana, the host, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The apartment itself was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. The added welcome touches were such a thoughtful bonus that truly elevated the stay. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Denia – it’s a gem!"

Emplacement parfait, hôte au top mais petit manque de confort

Emplacement nickel, une bonne taille de l’appartement et l’hôte hyper sympa et rapide dans les réponses !

Le manque de chauffage pour la chambre à coucher, il faisait pas chaud les derniers jours. Canapé lit pas confortable du tous. Pour un séjour en hiver il manque duvets ou couvertures. Voisins très bruyants et on entendait absolument tous !

Perfekt für einige Tage in Dénia

Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet. Alles vorhanden und sehr gemütlich und durchdacht eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Netter Empfang und flexibler Check In. Die Lage ist gut,alles fußläufig. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Satisfactorio

La experiencia en general fue satisfactoria. El aparamento es tal y como se describe en el anuncio. Hay todo lo necesario y no echamos nada en falta para el día a día. La situación es bastante buena, a 15 min. del castillo, del casco antiguo, del puerto y de la playa.

Hay que mejorar algunos detalles como persianas que no bajan, una manilla a punto de caerse, roce de la puerta en el suelo y muy dura al cerrar, etc. Sún así, volveríamos a ir en el futuro si se diera la ocasión.

Está bien ubicado, el aire enfría muy bien, súper limpio y bien coqueto! La chica súper bien, breve y cuando necesitábamos consultar algo, respondía al momento. Fiel a las fotos!

No depende del alojamiento pero los vecinos hacen demasiado ruido a cualquier hora! Recomiendo el alojamiento, pero los vecinos no!

Tatiana es encantadora. Viajaba con mis padres y todo fueron facilidades con ella. Sin duda para volver. Un piso acogedor con todo lo necesario.

No es una critica, sólo una sugerencia. Las almohadas demasiado blandas y en la bañera quizá poner un agarrador para ayudar a salir a personas más mayores. Pero de verdad sólo es una sugerencia.

mooi ingericht appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een verblijf. De eigenaresse was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Wat heel erg tegenviel waren de buren. Het appartement is heel gehorig. De buurman kon je nachts goed horen het leek of we op de zelfde kamer lagen. Voor de rest allemaal prima.

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaresse. Zeer schoon! Ligging tot centrum en zee is 5 a 10 min lopen. Klein maar fijn, van alle gemakken voorzien!

Bed is vrij hard (ik hou daar niet van, mijn partner wel weer, dus kwestie van voorkeur) en bank is ook niet heel comfortabel (met hoop kussens prima wat van te maken)

Ich habe den Aufenthalt genossen. Das Meer, das warme und milde Wetter, die Ausflüge etc.

Nähe des Zentrums. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel in der Nähe. Ruhige Lage. Alles im Haushalt vorhanden wie: Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowellen. Waschmaschine etc.

Eingangs- und Wohnungstüren sind schwer zu öffnen (Schlösser klemmten), Balkontüre kann nur mit sehr viel Kraft geöffnet werden, Jalousie im Wohnzimmer muss für das 1.Drittel mit der Hand (ziemlich hoch) heruntergezogen worden. Sitzen im Balkon nicht möglich, da ein stetiges Summen der Klima-Wärmeanlage. Die Wohnung (ausser dem Wohnzimmer) war ein bisschen kalt
