El trato con los propietarios, inmejorable. Como es un apartamento que usan los dueños, tiene todo el equipamiento necesario. La cocina independiente es muy cómoda. La gestión de la entrega de llaves, perfecta.
Está un poco apartado de la zona principal de Novo.

Estaba todo muy limpio y bien cuidado, las instalaciones (piscina y pista de pádel genial), parking,... Muy silencioso, ideal para descansar. A unos 5 minutos o menos en coche hay un Carrefour market de 9 a 22.
Estaba muy lejos de la playa y el centro de Chiclana, hay que coger el coche para todo.
