Villa 'Camaleón' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

Villa Camaleón is located in Chiclana de la Frontera and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. The 125 m² property features a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms, accommodating up to seven guests. The house offers high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, dishwasher, and washing machine. Enjoy a private outdoor area with three open terraces and a balcony.



Guests have access to a shared outdoor area with swimming pools (including a children's pool), garden, and playground. Pool use is subject to certain restrictions: one pool with a lifeguard is available from June 15 to June 30 and from September 1 to September 15, while all four pools have lifeguards from 12:00 to 21:00 in July and August. The pools cannot be used outside these periods.



There is also a recreational area with two paddle courts, a multi-sport court, and a playground. The villa is a 15-minute walk from the beach (900 m) and only a 5-minute walk from a large supermarket open from Easter.



Parking for one car is available inside the gated community under video surveillance. Additional free parking is available outside for more cars if needed. Families with children are welcome. Pets and events are not allowed. Security cameras are only in the recreational area and parking. Please note that government regulations on water use may apply during your stay, which could affect pool use, garden watering, or limit running water.
