About this villa rental
The house was renovated in January / February 2017 and equipped with new, high-quality furniture. The house has on the ground floor a large living room with a modern open kitchen and connected terrace through which the garden and pool can be reached. The living room also has a niche that can be used as an office workspace, comfortable sofas, an electric fireplace, an electric radiator, a separate utility room with toilet, sink, dryer & washing machine and the stairs that lead into the basement.
The terrace connected to the kitchen has sun awnings, chill out lounge, large dining table for 8 people and an electric Weber grill. In the basement there are 2 bedrooms with 180 cm wide double beds and bathroom ensuite as well as two bedrooms with 2 single beds and a bathroom in the hallway. The garden in which 6 sun loungers and the nearby beach can be reached quickly via the hallway.
In addition to air conditioning in each bedroom and in the living and dining room (heating and cooling), the tenant has WIFI, satellite TV and a parking space on the property.
Access to the beach is via a private supply route.

My family of 8 with 2 children, and 2 grandparents stayed for 2 weeks in the first half of June. The house was very clean and well appointed, Claudia communicated well and responded quickly to any matters communicated. The location was great to wander down to the beach and not worry about loading up the family. The sunsets were awesome and we would definitely love to return.

Wir waren sehr traurig als unsere Ferien zu Ende waren. Nach einer wunderbaren Woche hier in Casa Juliana wären wir gerne noch länger geblieben. Das Haus ist so bequem und hervorragend ausgestattet - mit einem tollen Pool und direktem Zugang zum Meer. Abends konnte man von der Terrasse den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort und werden sicher wieder kommen.

Superbe propriété très bien située a pied de la plage. Superbes couchers de soleil. Propriété tres bien équipée pour préparer les repas sur place. Aussi beaucoup de serviettes a notre disposition bain et plage. Laveuse et secheuse sur place un plus. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre sejour.
