Apartamento Vista Mar

The name you book under is Vista Mar. When you turn up, the apartments are not called Vista Mar. They are called Primavera. When we booked local taxis, twice they passed by even though we gave them the exact address and we had to call them back. On arrival we could not find a kettle or toaster so we boiled water in pans for 3 days. I'd messaged asking about a kettle, on the 13th but got no reply. I messaged again on the 15th and got a reply on the 16th. We were told that the kettle and toaster would be in a side cleaning cupboard which was at the very extremes of the kitchen or entrance hall, whichever you want to call it. My wife and I are over 50 and have never ever had to go searching for a toaster or kettle in any apartment. When I messaged the owner Tomeu to thank him for telling us where the kettle was he replied " well it's been in the same place for 5 years".
