Ideal Property Mallorca - Carabela 44

The location was perfect, the apartment is really family friendly and it has all the facilities you need. We had a great week here! The bus from the airport (and from and to many other places) stops in front of the apartment complex, which is a huge advantage. There are multiple shops and restaurants within 200m. Car rental offices are also pretty close and there are shared parking places (not many, but sufficient).

Some amortization was clearly visible, like showerhead was broken, other minor faults within the bathroom. Also we noticed some sevage smell in the bedroom close to the main bathroom, which was not logical, but it was present each day (when the windows were closed). Last day we got new downstairs neighbours, who were pretty load and smoking all the time in the evening/night and unfortunately the smell got inside even when the windows were closed. Also, when arrived we had some sand on the floor here and there, but that is OK in an apartment literally on the beach :) Even I listed here a lot of points, still the overall feeling was absolutely positive! There are things which can be improved further, but there is nothing really bad here.

The location was great. Plenty of room for four people. The extra half bath was nice

Finding it was not easy. The google map link sent didn’t take us to the right building and we didn’t realize half of the buildings were across another little street. Also, no parking instructions were given. Luckily a resident told us the rules for parking instructions in the small small lot and also where not to park on the street

Emplacement idéal entre plage et ville (magasins, restaurant) - et parfait pour participer à l'Ironman 70.3 Mallorca ! Très belle vue plage/mer. Terrasse agréable. Très propre et cuisine très bien équipée.

Dans la chambre lit double, désagréable odeur d'humidité surtout dans les placards et la commode, et fourmis qui montent sur le lit.

Location and pool

Washing machine is still not yet repaired and it’d feel much better if it is informed in advance.
