This cozy apartment with sea view is located on the second floor of a small complex with an elevator and a large community pool with sun loungers and lawn just in front of the beach of Puerto de Alcudia.
The apartment has been renovated and tastefully decorated in white. It features a spacious terrace with a table and chairs for 4 people where you can spend most of your time and enjoy the fabulous sea views. The terrace is connected to the living-dining room through a large window with a sofa to watch television, another dining table for 4 people inside and air conditioning. The kitchen has been renovated and has all the amenities.
Additionally, the apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, sea views and direct access to the terrace, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. On the floor, they will find beach towels in addition to bath towels.
The location is also particularly attractive: the complex itself is quiet, but in the vicinity there are shops, bars, restaurants, the boardwalk, the port and countless leisure activities (bicycle rental, boat trips, etc.). In addition, the beach and port of Alcudia are regularly the scene of well-known sporting events such as the Ironman or different culinary and cultural events. The old town of Alcudia is within walking distance and numerous bus connections offer more possibilities for excursions even without a car. The apartment is perfectly placed for everything you need - the beach, shops, restaurants, taxi service & buses. The apartment was very clean, neat, tidy & a very much appreciated lovely clean washing machine!

Apartment is centrally located, ideal for the beach and local restaurants plus buses to other parts of the island. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Quiet enough on the beach side. Couple of teething problems but these were sorted out.

Access to the beach with shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Pool nearby with private access. Host was very responsive and allowed a later checkout to accommodate our needs. We had a fantastic stay and we hope to return soon. Thank you 😊
