Elan Rimal Suites JBR Beach Sea View

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment in the Bahar 4 building. The location is the biggest advantage – there is a 24/7 market just outside the building, which was very convenient. Many cafés and restaurants are also just a few steps away. A very nice beach is located within a five-minute walk. The apartment itself was spacious enough for our needs. One of the bedrooms had a beautiful view of the marina. We were allowed to check in 2 hours earlier.

Although the name of this property on Booking is "Elan Rimal Suites JBR Beach Sea View," the apartment we received did not have a sea view, but a marina view instead. The apartment lacked some basic kitchen equipment. For example, there were only two glasses, two cups, some cutlery, a few dishes, and three pots. We booked the apartment for seven people, so this was not sufficient. There was no dishwasher or even a dish rack. There was no broom for occasional cleaning either. Some cleaning staff showed up after three days. In the photos, the apartment looks newly refurbished and shiny, but in reality, it is not — there are visible signs of wear and tear in the kitchen, bathroom, etc. We were also not satisfied with the work of our check-in agent. On the first day, he showed me the swimming pools we could supposedly use, but it later turned out that this information was incorrect. The pools were for Rimal residents, and we, as Bahar residents, were not allowed to use them. I asked the agent for clarification, but he did not follow up. We eventually found the Bahar pools, but some of them required an access card, which we did not receive from him. For check-out, I had agreed via WhatsApp on an earlier time of 9 a.m., but the agent did not arrive on time. At 9 a.m., he texted me asking if I really wanted to check out at 9 a.m. :)) Eventually, he arrived half an hour late while my taxi was already waiting outside. What was worse, my family saw him walking very slowly despite my clearly informing him that we were already in a hurry. I find this very disrespectful.

Honestly, the apartment was very nice and spacious, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Our kids really loved the swimming pool — it was big, clean, and very enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our time there. It was perfect for families and family gatherings. A beautiful experience, and we highly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay in Jumeirah beach in Dubai. ELAN team were great: very cooperative and flexible with accommodating all of us. Not only the apartment was nice and spacious as described in listing, but also the neighborhood is excellent. Everything was available within a walking distance. I highly recommend this place for visiting Dubai specially if you are to going with family and friends.

Location, space of the rooms, and staff

Bed furnishings were old and worn out. Need to replace all bed comforters, sheets, and some mattresses.

It was beautiful. Very large apartment, burst for everyone even though we were 8. The location was perfect and the view too.

Good place with 5 huge bedrooms, home-like kitchen, awesome sea views. Great location in JBR with beach, food and fun. Lit pool and gym, free Wi-Fi and waterfront balcony. Very cozy apartment! It is a gem that sparkles with each wave washing ashore...
