Never to repeat.
Hard to say after what happened during my stay.
During our stay the boiler leaked above the bathroom late at night, creating a constant leak flow. I contacted their support which took 1h to bring someone to the property. We stayed awake until 2am until the water leak was stopped. I had to send many messages and wait until there was someone with a solution. We spent the following day without water and having to stay in the property opening and closing doors to maintenance. They didn’t bring anyone responsible for the property to manage it. So we lost an entire day of our holidays. Discontent with this situation they promised a refund for the night and day we spent in the flat acting like the flat owners, instead of paying customers. I was expecting a one night rate refund in which they gave me 27 euros refund, about 10% of the night rate. Embarrassing and outrageous customer service. Never again. Stay away if you want to save yourself from this.

Simpelthen så hyggeligt og hjemligt
Vi har haft et rigtig hyggeligt ophold og der er så dejlig stemning i lejligheden 👌 Det var meget nemt at ankomme til huset som gæst, da der var salt, peber, toiletpapir, sengelinned, håndklæder osv. Der var alt hvad man kan få brug for og atmosfæren er rigtig god. Det eneste vi overhovedet kunne sætte en finger på var, at sengen var for blød til os. Værten er rigtig sød og informativ 👌
