The location very close to the sea and the Dentoni pasticceria, 5 showers, air conditioning, big spaces, new TV, private parking (rare in San Foca!), fountain to wash feet before entering the house.
The smell of mould in the pillows. A small investment in new furniture and kitchen equipment would be advisable.

Die Wohnung wäre schön, wäre sie mehr gepflegt.
Pfannen waren kaputt, Nudelsieb fehlte, Duschkopf war kaputt.

L'emplacement proche de la plage, l'appartement spacieux, le calme de l'endroit.
L'utilisation de douches et toilettes extérieures dans une cour et surtout l'utilisation du lave-linge.
La vaisselle sale, (casserole dans laquelle était collée du riz cuit)
absence de torchons, d'éponges, de savon, de papier toilette.

Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. L'appartement est à deux pas de la plage. Il est grand et confortable pour une famille.
Il manque quelques éléments dans la cuisine: des plats de service (seulement un en plastique), des couteaux (seulement 2) et une râpe à fromage! mais ce sont des détails qui n'ont pas nui à notre séjour.
