We had a wonderful stay at Alberto’s place. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent—just a 7-minute walk from the train station while also being within easy walking distance of Lecce’s beautiful sights and fantastic restaurants. Alberto was an exceptional host: friendly, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. He provided us with great local restaurant recommendations and even helped arrange our airport transfer, which made our trip so much easier. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to the beautiful city of Lecce. Highly recommended!

Great little apartment with a very helpful, accessible host. Short walk to everywhere you want to be. Also close to the train station. Highly recommend.

Good location, good communication.

Slightly disappointing due to various reasons. 1) check in from 14:00 advertised, however Alberto contacted us asking us what time we wanted to check in, and stated that we could only check in from 16:00 due to the cleaner. Do not advertise it as earlier if it’s not possible. 2) photos are misleading, perhaps advertise the studio and apartments completely separately on booking.com rather than two options under the same post. First 15 or so photos are from the 2-bed apartment. Difficult to initially see which apartment is which before delving deeper when selecting accommodation. Granted we could have researched further, however I just feel the fact that it’s hidden is a bit cheeky and deceptive. 3) fridge not turned on/working. We only noticed this upon leaving having put some food in there the day before and realising it wasn’t cold. 4) three-quarter bed - not advertised. 5) asked by Alberto leave 10/10 review due to Covid impacting business. Not a fan of being asked this when there were some inconsistencies between advertised accommodation vs. actual accommodation. Makes me believe that other reviews are bias since he asks for 10/10, rather than leaving the reviewing down to the customer. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. Much better choices in Lecce where you’re not lied to.
