Die Lage und die Parkmöglichkeit sind wirklich gut (Motorrad) , Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Die Möbel: Bett bricht fast zusammen, Schrank im SZ ist nicht zu öffnen. Küche schlecht ausgestattet, noch nicht mal ein Geschirrtuch oder Abtropfmöglickeit. Schimmel im Bad. Nachts sehr laut durch andere Bewohner
