We really enjoyed our stay! There was some unexpected things but nothing that was too drastic. Example, hot tub was not hot the first 2 days, after contacting Gail this was fixed right away! The hot tub is not hot without paying for the pool to be heated which we were not aware of till check in. Gail was very accommodating and allowed us to pay before check in to heat it. Steve that came out for maintenance was excellent and very informative! The gate pass only worked once for any and all of our group. The gate near Target is almost always broken making it either easy to get in or harder having to wait for security to open the gate via intercom button. Occasionally you had to go in the out because the gate just wouldn’t work. You are within walking distance of Target, and a few restaurants. Very good location to go just about anywhere in Florida! The only thing we found wrong with the house was the switch to turn the pool lights on was completely stripped when we got there and we had to use make shift items to get it to turn on. So please if they fix this don’t try to turn it off, let the timer run out! Clearly past groups have not done this. We ended up staying an extra day which was made super easy just asking if it was available and it was so I venmoed the money for the extra day and we had no problems! Overall we would definitely book here again! It had a LOT of room and it was easy spending time with family without feeling you were in everyone’s way.

This property was in a convenient location. The gate entrance was a complete disaster. The PIN code/scan bar code never worked. It was very inconvenient going in and out of the community, especially at night.
The home was lovely, very spacious and accommodating for my family. We paid the additional fee for the pool heating, it was heated I guess. The hot tub was not hot at all. Asked for temperature to be turned up and manager said it was at max temperature. For such a lovely home the kitchen cookware was old and cheap. The only condiments provided were salt and pepper shakers. They provided paper towel (2 rolls), garbage bags (4), a sponge and dishwasher cubes. There were no dish towels or oven mitts.
I really expected more for such a beautiful 9 bedroom/ 5 bathroom home. The community was nice for an early morning walk, if you could stand the huge black birds going through the trash.

We stayed in the property for about 6 days and loved every minute. The house was better than advertised, we would love to stay again!
