The house was clean, plenty of space and beds. The home was well supplied with cooking utensils. The bar stools need to be put in the garbage. They are either broken or worn out. They need new throw pillows and a new rug in the living room. Overall, I would rent again.

This was our third stay at these beautiful and spacious houses and we had another amazing experience. The home was clean, spacious and close to everything we wanted to do! If we had to have any criticism at all it would be that the homes don’t provide some basic necessities such as salt and pepper and other basic items however it is extremely clear in the homes description that these items will not be provided so it was no surprise and not a problem at all.The property manager is absolutely amazing and communicates perfectly! We will absolutely use these beautiful rentals again every time we are here!5 stars and thank you again!

House was great, plenty of room. I would maybe upgrade the mattress on the beds. Neighbors are very close so hope for no parties. But overall we had a great time

Our stay was enjoyable. The property is as described. It needs some TLC but with the fact it is a rental, SOME wear and tear should be expected. Before arriving, I read someone’s review about the locks on the doors. I inquired about it and was told it was fixed. They were not. Probably only two to three bedroom doors/bathroom doors seem to lock. We had a lot of walk-ins while using the restroom. Our stay was right at the end of Hurricane Ian. Owners kept us updated as to the status of the villa. It was much appreciated. Had issues with the air and the pool heat. The air finally got fixed but we paid for pool heat and probably got two days of pool heat. The owner dropped the ball on getting it taken care of in the long run. Now on to the cleanliness. Like I said, expect wear and tear BUT there is fuzz coming out of the register vents. My daughter-in-law cleaned the lights over the tables because they were so filthy. We swept the living floor upon arrival and had a good pile of dirt. There were food and other stuff under the couches. There was writing in one of the kids rooms on door saying something like I’m watching you. The floors in bathroom around cabinets were dirty. Beware, there is NO sweeper or mop. It would’ve been nice to be able to clean the tile floors with having 9 kids. We did buy one a mop at dollar store so if one is there, you’re welcome. Take with you pot holders (which I believe I left the set I bought there) and utensils for cooking. The smaller appliances are sparse. It would be nice if there were instructions when you arrived as to what is expected upon leaving or what to do with trash, etc. Also, a bigger trash can inside would be nice. You have a large party and seem to take out trash every 30 minutes. The clubhouse was probably our favorite thing to do. Definitely should go at the beginning of your stay to check it out.
