The location was great as was the communication with the host. He let us check in early on the day of our arrival which was very much appreciated. The house itself was clean and spacious. Where things missed the mark was in the stocking of the house and general maintenance. This house sleeps 21 people. We had a group 15. Upon checkin, we found that there was not a single hand towel in the bathrooms or kitchen, and only 10 bath towels. In the kitchen we were given a single roll of paper towels, 3 trash bags and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. In order to stay comfortably for 5 nights we had to spend 400 on items that are typically considered standard in any vacation rental property. Fortunately, Target is a short half mile walk from the house.
