About this house rental
Comfort accommodation:
Depending on the number of people to be accommodated, we offer the rental of two studios of 21 m2 each and a room of 16 m2 for a total of 4 to 6 people in a renovated former sawmill, located in the Vosges mountains. Our house is located in Lubine, in the Vosges department, 3 km from Alsace, in a valley between two forest massifs of the Ballons des Vosges Regional Natural Park. The meadow that surrounds it is bordered by a small private mountain river.
In an atypical house (a hotel-type structure), the two studios of 21 m² each and a bedroom of 16 m2 for a total of four to six people include two kitchenettes, and access to the large room of the Scierie (83 m²)
New in 2021: A fully equipped kitchen adjoining the large room is at your disposal (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, etc.).
The studios each have a shower, sink, hairdryer, private toilet, TV and fridge.
You can also have two terraces, one of which is covered, and a large balcony.
Please note that the large room of the Scierie is not heated from mid-May to mid-September. Our large room is a room for relaxation, conviviality and leisure (reading, Internet, meals with family or friends, etc.). In no case is it a party room. Thus, any musical and/or karaoke broadcast is prohibited.
Welcome to our biker friends to whom we can offer a secure garage for up to 4 motorcycles.
We provide sheets, towels and towels. Cleaning at the end of the stay is included in the price displayed.
The accommodation and the immediate surroundings have 3 very high-speed Wi-Fi terminals.
We offer you the possibility of paying by credit card on site, all the additional services you have chosen.
The tourist tax is collected directly by this site.
