Espace un peu trop optimisé pour un séjour de plusieurs jours

Tout était vraiment très bien j espère y retourner le seul problème c est la piscine avec un homme non respectueux qui téléphonait dans l eau en mangeant des chips et un couple arrivé tout habillé et en chaussure elle voulait se baigner en tee short on lui a dit que non et lui s est baigné avec son slip kangourou à l envers Un peu dégoûtant ils nous ont insulté disant qu on était dans le mal être et procédurier de plus j etais avec 3 collègues dont un homme la femme nous a demandé si on faisait ça à 4 car nous étions son harem et elle l a appelé aldo Macione.

The room was clean, the pool area is nice and spacious, with good cleanliness, there is a lots of green everywhere - fields, forests, good atmosphere. Even animals, goats and sheeps makes the stay more pleasant for a nature-loving person.

The only reason we’re leaving a negative review is due to the staff, who made our stay frustrating. To start with, the lack of English-speaking staff is shocking in 2025 in the hospitality industry. When we first reached out about our arrival, we received no response, even though we messaged during the (very limited!) reception hours. Upon arrival, we felt like we were in an escape room. There was a note on the door with our name on it, but it happened to be an envelope containing a map with our room circled. Why couldn't we have been informed about this in advance? We had booked three nights, followed by two nights separated, as there were no five-night stays available. Initially, they asked us to check out by 10:00 AM and then wait until 4:00 PM to move into the next apartment. Eventually, they allowed a more convenient transition, but the experience was still disruptive. When moving, The staff asked us to return and wash the dishes we left in the sink. We pointed that while there was a dishwasher, no detergent tablets were provided, he noted but we had to wash the dishes manually. In the new apartment, we were met with a foul smell. At night, 11:00 PM, another guest banged on our door, claiming that the apartment was his, because the staff had mistakenly marked it for him on the map! This caused both us and the new guest a great deal of confusion and concern. Fortunately, he was reassigned to another apartment. Asked for the code to sauna - they missed to inform its off, it would be a kind gesture to inform to turn it on in time as it takes time to heat up. The second night, we also could not sleep well bc something must have broken in the cleaning cupboard because the water was dripping. On our final morning, I wanted to take a quick swim before our 10-hour drive.
