This cozy, comfy home is complete with a large hot tub and is nestled on 1 acre surrounded by trees and wildlife for you to enjoy!
If you’re looking for a home away from home to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the rocky mountains, this home has it all. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this home is as EASY as mountain living comes!
Situated on an acre, this property feels private and welcoming but also convenient to all the needs in the quaint town of Conifer. Right off a major highway, you have access to groceries, state parks, and restaurants all within a 10 minute drive. Denver is only a quick 25 minute drive down the hill.
This house is cozy, making it easy to keep warm in the winters. Two king beds with organic cotton sheets greet you for a wonderful night sleep. Utilizing the new windows and doors allows a nice breeze to settle in at night.
There is a nice private desk area in one of the bedrooms to work from home and enjoy a slower pace of life while getting things done! Great internet connection will allow you to work fully remote from this home. There is also a brand new smart TV for the evenings you want to sit by the picture window and look out while enjoying your favorite show, sports game, or movie!
The backyard is full of gorgeous Aspens and a seasonal creek. There is also frequent wildlife spotting of mule deer, chipmunks, and the neighborhood fox.
The hot tub is a must in the fall and winter!

The property was wonderful! Very detailed and a welcome book that explained everything perfectly. The house had everything you could need to enjoy your stay. The backyard was so scenic and peaceful. The hot tub and fire pit made for relaxing times. The owners were so nice and prompt if you had a question. Would definitely love to stay again!

This was the most amazing jewel nested in the mountains! The owners have thought of everything! It’s quite and isolated, but also minutes away from all the conveniences! We will definitely come back!!

Really nice property. Has a secluded feel while still close to attractions. Very comfortable space that is well maintained. We saw some deer in the backyard maybe 10 feet from us. Great experience.
