Nostalgic, cozy home on the mountainside. Family and pet friendly. The cabin serves up beautiful views (even better than the pictures) and has access to 8 mountainside acres with boulder outlooks.

- Full kitchen with stock of cooking essentials and spices
- Full bathroom with both shower and bath tub
- Half bath on the first floor by the laundry
- 2 bedrooms with one king and one queen sized beds
- 2 living areas, one perfect for board games and the other with TV and N64
- Dining room with large table (seating for six)
- Very large deck space to take in the views
- Propane grill on the deck
- Access to ~10 acres with massive boulders for unobstructed views
INFANTS AND KIDS
Pack n Play available. Gate available to block stairway. Children's books available. Do not allow children outside or on decks unattended.
8 ACRES OF MOUNTAINSIDE
The cabin is in a beautiful area against the national forest with multiple sets of boulders for unobstructed mountain views.
FEEDBACK
I started hosting in January 2020 and have been able to talk to many of my guests to get feedback to improve my hosting and space. One common comment from my guests is wishing they stayed longer. I have fallen in love with Bailey. Take time to enjoy it!

LOCAL AREA
Bailey is an old mountain town and hidden gem in Colorado. Aspen Peak Cellar winery is one of our go-to spots for good food and wine along the river. There are also multiple restaurants, a brewery, and shops like the Chill Squirrel.
GETTING AROUND
AWD or 4WD in the winter is highly recommended. Driveway is plowed during snowfall. Easily accessible winter cabin.
Due to the location of Bailey, Uber is not available nor is there public transportation. Most guests rent a car if they are from out of state or international.

What a wonderful getaway! We enjoyed having coffee in the mornings outside with a beautiful view of the national forest. The bed was very comfortable, and the hot tub was easy to use. Highly recommend Mark's home.

We checked in Saturday for a concert at red rocks Tuesday night. We loved the amazing views and took advantage of the hiking trails nearby. Staunton state park was very cool and about 20 minutes away. We also played disc golf at Bears Den, using the discs available for us at the cabin. The house was just as advertised- clean, comfy and had all of the necessary items to make for a great stay. The weather was amazing. We enjoyed cool Mornings and warm afternoons. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck and admiring the mountain and valley views. We would definitely stay there again.
