Great room and location.

The location is perfect for moving around South of France, and easy to get to. We loved the staff and the personalization of the staff.
The dinner food was ok, the room was cold so we would have appreciated a bathroom heater or a hot water bottle of some sort, but we managed.

I loved the aesthetic of the Hotel. There were some slight hiccups with our stay but they were addressed and dealt with amazingly. Incredible family run business and I will be back!
Only thing that could make this hotel better would be to have a gym on site - but the pilates instructor was incredible!

The ambiance
Our room had the bathroom next to the front door. There was no bar service at the pool (not sure why they need 3 pools on property) Also concierge service was unprofessional…asked for a dinner reservation and when it wasn’t available no other options were offered

Very pretty place with lovely gardens and a Provence meets Miami Beach sort of feel and vibe. Very comfortable bed, nice bedding and towels and good food at the main restaurant for breakfast and dinner.
We really wanted this place to be special as it was the last 2 nights of a long trip and we wanted to treat ourselves. Sadly we were left very disappointed and felt the expense was a complete waste. Arrival was confusing - we found the car park, but there is then no clear signage to reception. We headed for the first building nearest the road, a logical choice we thought, but that was an accommodation section. Fortunately a staff member spotted our confused faces and said we were a long way from reception and as I had an injured knee she would find someone to help us get there. Along came the lovely lad Axel in a buggy - he was the standout staff member in terms of service, attitude and friendliness and he stopped at our car to load our luggage and took us to reception. We were met by a young woman who greeted us and checked us in. She asked if we had booked for dinner and when we said ‘not yet’ she said that was a shame as they were fully booked and we should have done so as suggested by their email - what email we asked to which she just looked at us blankly. I advised her of my knee injury, but she said nothing could be done and there was nothing else on site or close by we could go to unless we wanted to eat early at 5pm in their casual restaurant before it closed at 6pm. She suggested we could head further afield and try to find something - no suggestions or assistance offered and not really an option given the state of my knee. We then booked dinner immediately for the following night. We headed off with her and the fabulous Axel in the buggy to our room.

Beautiful grounds, nice private pool, nice staff, and excellent restaurant.
All nitpicky things.
No top sheet on the bed is weird(maybe it’s a Euro thing).Bathroom layout was a little odd. Hate when you cannot get a firm pillow for the bed.

The atmosphere and setting are wonderfully restful providing a chance to re-set one's perspective on life. The staff were uniformly excellent.
A very minor point but the absence of room service is our only slight quibble.

Loved the room and furniture. The staff were wonderful.
We made a mistake of not hiring a car. It’s a little too far out of town to not have a car but in an ideal setting.

This place is very special - it has a refined but laidback atmosphere that instantly makes you feel welcome and relaxed. The property is incredibly beautiful and every detail has been considered with the upmost care and attention. Everything in the rooms is very high quality and designed impeccably, our suite was very spacious, with a huge terrace and lots of different areas to sit and relax in private - bliss. There are two pools and lots of different places to relax, as well as lush gardens and sculptures from exhibiting artists to be enjoyed. The food served from breakfast through to lunch and dinner is all worthy of it’s own review - declious flavours, imaginative dishes and the freshest locally sourced ingredients. A special thank you to Caroline - a gracious hostess who is passionate about creating wonderful memories for guests. Carefree summer days at their best!

A hidden gem near Vence which I didnt know it existed although I have been coming here for years. It is one of the best hotels, if not the best in the area. It is a beautiful place with gorgeous gardens and swimming pool. The suites are super clean, very comfortable and luxurious with lovely terraces or swimmimg pool.
The aircon/heating was not working but it is a minor issue easily corrected.

Absolutely beautiful property with several small buildings spread over about 3 or 4 acres. The landscaping is quintessential Provence with grape vines, lavender, olive trees, etc. There are two separate pools and a dining terrace overlooking the hills with a view of Saint-Paul de Vence.
The suites are huge with beautiful high end decor. It’s like you’ve stepped into a movie.
Nothing bad about it!

This is a unique hotel in a very positive way where you are personally looked after. All meals were
individually cooked and prepared with excellent local ingredients. Our suite was a haven from the world with every comfort and it was carefully designed, decorated and furnished by the artistic owners.
Nothing. It is a gem.

Rude receptionist and wouldn’t stop arguing after we told her we thought they should have offered to help us with our bags. She said they are not a five star hotel and don’t want to be and that if we wanted help with our bags we should have asked. She also said it was our fault for not reading the website that they don’t provide services. She also fell asleep and didn’t send us the email about our dinner reservation and said she didn’t have my email. This was untrue since she emailed us several times to ask if we wanted an upgrade, which we regret doing because the private pool was freezing and they were so rude. They also don’t offer breakfast in their very high rates and said it was too expensive for them even at $1,000 a night. I had to tell her to stop arguing with us at checkout and expect a snarky remark now on our review. We have never had an argument with a hotel but felt we needed to speak up because she was so rude.

One of the best Hotels on the „French Riviera“. Staff, breakfast, comfort and cleanliness of the rooms made this stay unforgettable. The interior and the design of the Hotel is devastating beautiful. Only an artist is able to create such wonderful surroundings like this.
Nothing to complaint about..

We booked the standard room for one night to finally visit Saint-Paul de Vence and have a short drive to Nice airport the next morning. When we saw the premise and felt the atmosphere of the place we were seriously considering to reschedule our flight! The hotel is simply troumendous, with lovely welcoming people and stunning interiors. Our stay was not in the peak of the season and the suite was available. We were upgraded without any request or additional fee. We really appreciate this gesture of the owners. We will definitely come back to this magic place very soon.
