About this apartment rental
Small ground floor self contained flat ideal for a couple or couple and 2 children. (not a party pad, no smoking anywhere on the premises please) This apartment consists of two 12’x12’ rooms and an ensuite shower room. There is a twin sofa bed (2 side by side singles, ideal for siblings) please do not let children operate this please. Consider how much space you will need before booking. All bedding and towels provided including seperate beach towels. Near to Sandown Beach and Pier. Bus stop approx 50 meters away. Private entrance at the back of the house with patio garden and garden furniture. Furniture cushions are not waterproof. If used, please put cushions in the box at night and the cover back on the parasol. (Sea mist and sea gulls are not a good combination!) The patio garden is shared with a family member who lives in the flat over my kitchen, he is mostly out at work) Parking provided. Kitchenette/lounge with full size oven/grill, large microwave, 2 ring hob, toaster and kettle, fridge with small freezer compartment, washer/dryer and twin sofa bed. Central heating. Starter pack provided inc tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, bread, jams & marmite, cereal, milk and condiments. (Gluten free and Vegan cereal and gluten free biscuits available, please ask in advance.). Discounted car ferry booking service available, at least 25% off standard car rates with Wightlink, less discount with Red Funnel. Please arrange this well in advance of your sailing as discounted rates are limited and subject to availability. Please also note that the current government has added a £3 tax per return journey to ferry transport to the IOW. Car reg and make needed. No smoking, vaping or candles anywhere at this property please. The alarm system is for carbon monoxide as well as fire/smoke. If booking through Expedia, please download the Vrbo app for ease of communication with the host. Please check in by 7pm. Please note that the owner lives on site.

Excellent accomodation, so very clean and the excellent little extras were so welcome. Everything was considered during my stay. Ally was there if I needed anything but as everything was thought of I didn't need to trouble her. The fans were a godsend during the May heatwave Thank You again Ally. Marie

Ally has a lovely property close to town centre and beach area. The property is beautifully equipped with breakfast cereals, snacks, hot drink, your host even contacts you about your preferences of bread and milk. It is clean, neat and comfy. Ally is an excellent host.

The apartment was excellent. everything you needed for a self catering break. Tv in the bedroom and lounge, lovely shower and comfortable bed. Suntrap patio and only a 5 min walk to the beach. Ally has thiught of everything for your stay especially with the welcome pack of milk, bread, cereals and all the condiments. Would definitely stay again. 10 out of 10

A very good property small but adequate for our needs.Bedroom neat and tidy with a comfortable bed great shower. Ally has thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable with lots of drink options biscuits and a great range of breakfast cereals.We enjoyed our stay very much thank you Ally
