Located in a small village about 10 minutes drive from the nearest beach. Some lovely local pubs and a nice quiet location. The host was super friendly and helpful, giving lots of recommendations for places to eat, see and visit, for myself and my two teenage children. The home is lovely and we were very happy for our week away.
The only downside to the property is the bathroom is downstairs, meaning in the middle of the night it was a walk down and through the house to visit the loo, but this was minor and for a week we didn't mind too much.

Very handy location in Brading within a 5 minute walk to buses going to either Ryde or Newport where onward connections can be found to other parts of the island. Was able to complete whole of the coastal path in 5 days. Lovely neighbours and within easy walk to Brading Down. Local pubs, shop and fish n chips handy too.
TV played up and Lewis travelled from mainland to bring and install a new one catching the 5am ferry to do so. Now that's excellent customer service for you!
