Water Purification System
The condo features a water purification system, so you can safely drink from any faucet in our condo and use ice from the ice machine in the freezer.
We are on the second floor, facing the pool. This condominium has an elevator and is accessible for people with limited mobility.
Located in a new condominium with direct access to the beach and 24-hour security.
You can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee while strolling along the beach or take a dip in the pool after soaking in the natural beauty of the ocean.
Inside the condominium, you’ll find a ping-pong table to enjoy in your free time, or you can work out in the fully equipped gym and then unwind in the Jacuzzi.
Here, you’ll hardly need to use your car, as you can stroll through the cobblestone streets and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of San Pancho. We’re located less than 100 meters from Tercer Mundo Avenue, where you’ll find the best restaurants and bars.
