Beach Front Cottage on Beautiful Lake Simcoe

Overall the experience was excellent. The cottage was really well equipped, very nicely decorated, and Darcey (property manager) was really easy to communicate with. The cottage was spacious, plus nice area outdoor area for our dog to explore. Water was clean, but beware, the lake bottom is covered with rock of various sizes, making it difficult for anyone with balance issues to enter. Views were excellent, and plenty of sunny and shaded areas to enjoy the outdoors. Thank you so much Darcey for being so easy to communicate with, and responding to our every question so readily.

We had a lovely week in Innisfil and loved the property. It was spacious and nicely decorated and furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, and enough cutlery/plates/etc to serve 10. Excellent water access just metres from the cottage with a small private beach and dock. The water is rocky for the first few metres so bring water shoes. Generous stocked with a canoe, paddle boat, life jackets, etc. Tons of seating areas inside and out. Appreciative of all the fans provided because the inside can get warm in more extreme temperatures. Would love to come back next year!

We spent a week at Beach Cottage while our house was being sold in the city. This cottage was the ideal place to relax, enjoy the lovely beach, watch the sunrises and sunsets, and take in this calm, beautiful location. The cottage was thoughtfully renovated and well equipped. The lake was so clean and fun to swim in. Our dog had a blast as well. A true gem!

The cabin is cute and comfortable and the property is perfect for a family. The water is lovely - bring water shoes, it’s a bit rocky getting in. Darcey was very accommodating and responsive.
