5. Pool & Spa: The attached spa is part of the main pool system and cannot be heated independently. Both share the same water temperature.
Pool heater pumps have a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the system from overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. They will shut off temporarily to recover their efficiency.
Please note that refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions impacting the pool temperature.
Keep in mind that this service is optional and subject to availability.

Please dispose of the trash in the plastic bench daily to keep the home clean.

The house that we rented was the perfect size for our group of 14 people. The check-in process went very smoothly and as expected. The communication with the property management personnel prior to our stay was OK. I spoke with many different personnel from the property management department Who seemed to all ask for different documentation? The paperwork that was required prior to obtaining the house was excessive.
Although the house was fine, it was difficult to manage with just one refrigerator, considering the large group that we had and the size of the house. Not only that, but the refrigerator drawers were broken when we arrived , and we could not access them. I made several calls to maintenance and they misunderstood and thought I said door instead of drawer. The drawer never got fixed while we were there. The other thing that was amazing to me is that only one roll of tissue was provided per bathroom, so we ended up buying more on the second day.
There were towel bars missing in several of the bathrooms. The quality of linens and towels was lacking. Very thin and small sized towels.
Overall, we would stay there again if another refrigerator appeared and knowing what we needed to bring with us so that we did not have to make purchases while we were there such as toilet paper And paper towels.

Overall the house was very nice. We had 9 ladies and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean and comfortable. We only wished they had provided a couple of dish towels and wash clothes.

The house was fun and very spacious like very.
The beds were comfortable. Just one thing the couch were too slouchy almost as if they were broken but overall everything was great wish I could stay longer definitely will book again soon.
