About this apartment rental
This gorgeous condo is located right on a beautiful beach in Punta Mita with a large infinity lap pool, hot tub and covered BBQ . We are on the 4th floor with wonderful ocean views throughout the condo. We have 5G for remote work. Its a 5 minute walk down beach to the village restaurants & shops. Please: no children under 12 years of age.

The space
Private beachfront condo professionally managed by local property manager. New, contemporary Mexican style decoration, 4th floor, on the beach, a fabulous view of the ocean from almost every room! The ammenities include, modern kitchen, granite and Mexican tile throughout, Free 5G WIFI and overseas calls, large master suite with jacuzzi tub.
Relax on our private balcony with views of Banderas Bay to the beautiful Marietas Islands. Terrific surfing with many breaks nearby, fishing, boat trips and Wale watching November to March. Enjoy walking on the beach or just take a nap by the infinity pool, the perfect getaway from a busy lifestyle. 5 minute walk on beach to town restaurants and shops/
We are 10 min walk from the restaurant area where you can find wonderful Mexican homemade cooking, seafood, cold beer and a lot of simple but great food. Delicious take-in food available from Naef Cuisine. The local harbor is convenient for taking a panga for a day on the water or for some world-class fishing, diving, or whale watching. Surfing is good either directly in front of the condo or a bit south along the beach (there are several surf shops in town if you need to buy or rent equipment). Away from the noise and bustle of Puerto Vallarta, our condo is still only a short cab or bus ride away, as is the lovely beach resort of Sayulita.

On street parking. There are cabs, buses or you can even rent a golf cart in town.

Wonderful property , stunning view , walking distance to everything. Only issues are with maintenance.Smell of sewage from main shower mainly , however occasionally from the others. Also from handbasin. Water takes forever to heat up , and I mean forever. Handbasin in main bathroom only has warm water , no cold. No vacuum cleaner ...... to vacuum the balcony especially. However would strongly recommend apartment , with the sewage smell resolved.

The property is large, clean has an amazing view and is well located near downtown Punta Mita. Only a few niggles - very limited mugs and plates and bathroom was quite smelly - more the local sewers than anything else.The shared pool is huge and great and very easy access to beach

The staff made the stay flawless. They checked with us several times before and after our arrival to confirm that all was well, and it was. Highly recommend Lety and her staff if you stay in Mita.
